“Apart from having 3 attempts at finding you, I was physically greeted in person. I was guided through the checking in process and then walked all of a minute to the airport. My return was straight forward, and my way to the motorway was simpler. Yes, I'll use you again.”
“Pros: the car park is well maintained and close to the airport terminals
Cons: price was very high as I only needed parking for 48 hours, more short stay options would be nice; barrier didn't open for me on departure (I was within my booking times) so had to call and wait for assistance, assistance was good but an unnecessary frustration”
“So quick and easy to book online. We use the longstay car park which is just a really short walk to the airport....literally about 5 minutes if that; and it is a really good price. Have used Liverpool Airport Parking on a number of occasions.”
“Impossible to find. Despite being an official airport car park, there are no signs to help you find it. The map supplied in confirmation email doesn't make sense. The roads funnel you into the drop off zone where you then have to pay to leave. Signs between car park and terminal would help too.”

“It was eady to book on line, car was left safe in a secure carpark and Francis who worked on site went over and beyond to help us find a parking space.”
“Really handy that the cameras recognise the registration so that you don’t have to faff around with a ticket and worry about losing it on holiday. The spaces are a little small and could do with being a bit wider, also with a larger car manoeuvring can be a challenge as it’s a bit tight.”

building. A bit tatty in places and quite cramped, but that’s not helped by people parking where they shouldn’t and blocking pedestrian pathways etc. Would be happy to use again.”

We got to the airport and took the wrong lane ending up in the drop off, after asking for HELP we had to pay a further ÂŁ5.00 to get out.
The parking spot we got was great as my husband is disabled with alzheimer's.
Overall it was great, I'd definitely use it again.”

“We arrived and found the access good however the way out to the exit was a little more troublesome but we found that eventually I think it need better signage however we do now know how to exit without too much fuss”
