“Brilliant airport and friendly staff, we will make a point of travelling from here again whenever possible. Our only small criticism would be the incorrect postcode that we were sent for the long stay on site carpark we were booked into, we reached our "destination" and pressed the intercom button when the barriers didn't rise, only to be answered by an unsurprised voice, which said, "oh yeah, it sends everyone here, you need to turn round and take three lefts", which we did. But if it's a common problem, why aren't the directions or postcode amended? We arrived early in the morning, so we could reverse and turn round easily, but it would cause mayhem if it was a busy time.”
“Booked through the Airport website for 24 Nov to 2 December 2024. As indicated on the website, the barrier was raised automatically on arrival and departure. Although busy it was easy enough to find a parking space close to the entrance leaving a very short walk to the hotel and airport. No problems encountered and would definately use again.”

“I rebooked online for the multi-storey, which was fine but when I tried to leave, the post by the barrier said I had to pay £174. After speaking to someone, I eventually resolved the matter.”
“Arrived early enough for our flight and found our prebooked parking really easily. Just a short walk to check in, the airport had a good atmosphere and was clean.
Met by our reps and checked in with minimal queueing.
We went straight to the bar for our usual preflight Black Russian drinks. They weren't on the cocktail menu but the bar staff made them for us.
When allowed too, through security, bought some duty free products. Everything was clean, calm, not rushed, no hard sell but assistance was there if required.
Had a bite to eat, relaxed some, and boarded our plane.
Between our holidays reps, airport staff and good signage, getting through this airport was a breeze. No delays, minimal queueing, well organised with everyone on hand to help but not intrusive.

“Overall good experience.
Booked from 10am and arrived at around 11am; the barrier didn't raise but buzzer was promptly answered and after stating booking reference, they manually raised it. Although prebooked parking, it took a little time to find an empty space, so give yourself plenty of time.
Our plane was delayed on the way back, so 'overstayed' past the booking. No issue what so ever.
