“First class , just have to be careful when opening to retrieve key the door sprung shut and unfortunately I couldn’t retrieve key code on ticket unable to be re read , luckily it was dat time and an employee was in the room adjacent to entrance if at night unmanned their didn’t appear to be a number to call”

Even though the email confirmation purported to be from Liverpool John Lennon Airport, when I tried to change my booking, it was as though it was made deliberately absolutely impossible and I went round and round in circles with John Lennon Airport, Ryanair, and the mysterious "Park Smart" - no contact number or email on their webiste - all pointing fingers at each other saying "talk to them" "nothing to do with me." Pathetic. I gave up after two hours or so of wasted time and just booked again at a cost of about £90. It's a bit pathetic when flights and insurance are easier to rearrange than parking.”
“Used the meet and greet service. Really easy and quickly accessible. Dropping off the car and picking it up again was simple and the car park is a very short walk to the airport. Highly recommended.”
“Very close to terminal and easy to use. However finding a space in the early morning was challenging. Finding car on return was easy in the afternoon as a lot of free spaces. Would definitely use again.”
