“After initially getting lost (which to be fair was 100% my fault) this was such a fuss free and easy way to park at the airport.
The parking was comparatively inexpensive, less than the cost of a return taxi for us, and it was also fast.
Even after accidentally driving into the long stay car park - the staff were very helpful and let us out without paying the minimum charge.

“A very large and full car park. Difficult to find a space. Quite a walk to the terminal with luggage as I had a disabled passenger. It would be better if dropping and collecting passengers in the drop off zone was included in the price.
Entry and exit easy with NPR.”
“Very easy to use. It’s well signposted and easy to find. Very close to the airport entrance. As a disabled badge holder I was able to park virtually opposite the entrance. It’s the best airport car park I’ve used.”
“Excellent as always - I will only fly from Liverpool, it takes about 20 minutes to park, check in through security and you are sitting having a drink ready for your flight.
I used the long stay car park as this is perfect
I will say that the prices have increased quite dramatically over the last 12 months and it may be cheaper to use a taxi for drop off and pick up”
“Unable to enter the car park automatically as it stated in the order process. Had to use the call button to gain access. Only stayed for the day. Prices on the expensive side.”
“It was easy to find, instructions were good, very easy to check in and out. The Meet and Greet car park is very close to the airport, an easy walk.
The only issue we had was on return on finding where you had parked my car, took too long to find it and had to go back inside to ask where it was, luckily someone was there to help - instructions were not clear, please make it clearer, for example, it said it was in Zone C, 27 but it was actually in Row C and the bays are not numbered. Zones were used in a car parking space nearby so it was confusing.
Cost could be a bit cheaper too.

“Booked online, turned out I had the wrong parking.We're foreigners in a old MG, which better is stored inside. Had to pay on the spot for the right one (£58 a day!) but wanted to get the original booking rebooked or refunded. Tried contacting Liverpool Airport Parking to fix that, not one reply at all. Nothing. Different mail adresses that are on the website, NOTHING! For 58 a day you can at least answer your mails...”
