“Secure enough although where we was parked the trek to the car after we returned was horrendous plus on the journey back home I was surprised at how far we had to travel before we came across a petrol station to get services needed after a not so good return to the Uk so anyway lessons learned! See you again soon. Airport departure was relaxing so we will be using the facilities again. Ps thank you for keeping our car safe 🫶🏻”
“Easy acces, no issues at all. Signs are everywhere, you cannot get lost there. Very helpful people. Car park close really close to the airport.
For collection day, car was ready next to the door, didn't need to search for it in the car park.”
“Booked car park for 3 nights. Sadly plane cancelled. Contacted Carl on line. Who informed me what to do the following day. Arrived and process duly followed without any issues. Excellent service throughout. Will definitely be looking to book Liverpool for future flights and utilising this car park.”
“We used the Meet and Greet car park which is excellent. Easy to find and drop off the car, key drop off is simple and on return it’s easy to collect the key.
Location is great, less than 5 mins walk to the check in desk which all adds to the great experience of travelling from Liverpool Airport.”
“I recently used the Long Stay car park facility at John Lennon Airport, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. From the moment I arrived, the process was seamless and hassle-free. The parking area was well-signposted, making it easy to find, and the spacious layout ensured that finding a spot was quick and convenient.
The security measures in place gave me peace of mind, with regular patrols and CCTV coverage throughout the area.
Returning from my trip, the pickup service was just as smooth. My car was exactly as I left it, and the checkout process was swift. Overall, the Long Stay car park at John Lenton offered exceptional value for money, and I will definitely be using this facility again for future travels. Highly recommended!”
“Booked a spot on your Long Stay Park, but had a disabled person on board, only to find that the disabled spaces were cordon off to facilitate construction buildings. I could only find a space at the far end of the car park. That meant my disabled passenger had to walk a long way although she had dodgy knees. This was very disappointing”
“Poor signage for meet and greet and reality is - its not a meet and greet. Unlike many airport facilities, this one you have to drive yourself through the camera system. Choose a lane (of which there was 3 and middle of the night so noone around to ask. Walk around to figure out where you put the keys - which is inside a porta cabin. Follow not very straight forward instructions and hope to god youve done it correctly (creating a label which requires you to input your booking ref, car reg. Attach that to a key fob and zip tie onto car key). then keep everything crossed that youve done it right as you post through a box where the single key promptly got wedge half way down the shoot. This is all with view youve paid a premium price for a meet and greet. Not aceptable imo especially as other car park users in short stay and fast track are using the same system and portacabin as you who have paid less for the privilidge and in adjacent carpark. Service (or lack of) was poor on way out but thankfully car was straightforarwd to collect AS LONG AS YOU HAVE YOUR printed receipt from the start of booking. Couple had lost theirs and they couldnt get anyone to hep them sort out what to do - as surprise surprise there is no meet and greet facility.”
“Used the parking next to the terminal, very handy as you can walk straight into check in or security from the car park. Price reasonable compared with other options as well.”
