You are using the services of a company with a reputation of scammers to take advantage of the poor marked spaces and to issue fines, will avoid in the future for this reason , the rest of the airport experience is at least 4star”
“Overall the parking experience was ok, on arrival to the airport pre departure there were no car park spaces available and we had to wait 20 minutes for someone to leave before getting a space. This was stressful when you are about to get a flight. Leaving the car park after our holiday was brilliant and we drove straight out. Would have been 5 stars if we could find a space on arrival.”

“We used the long stay parking for 4 nights recently and found the experience dissapointing. On arrival we found it quite difficult to locate a free space and suggest that there should be a marshall who can point people in the right direction. The main problem though was finding the car when we got back. We knew we had parked in Zone B area but due to lack of lighting around 11pm on 29/3 (Floodlights didn't seem to be working) it was very dark and took us 10/15 mins to see the car. The lighting needs improving or switching on !!”

“Easy to use on line pick a date and time for arrival and departure. Able to alter date and time of departure for any delays occurring. Price wise expensive for long term parking Found a few spaces available, Should have counter board at entrance to tell you how many spaces available for peace of mind.”

“First time using this airport and using meet and greet . However the biggest problem was the Meet and great signage was not on the offical car park signs but on a banner strapped to fencing which had curled over . Some we sailed past it and ended up in a one way system which we could not reverse out of for a short stay car park or drop off . So had to pay £6 for the privilege of driving through the drop off and ask directions to go where we were supposed to be . However once the process was good for booking in and collection .”
“Excellent car park right near the terminal building at a reasonable cost.
We have stopped using Manchester Airport completely and use only Liverpool or London airports for our flights, as we travel a great deal. Manchester Airport have a policy of ripping off the general public for parking, and we were charged £100 for a pickup at their terminal one - no signs at all until past the barriers. Most normal airports have a drop off and pickup area whereas Manchester you are forced to park the car in a car park in order to be picked up, total rip off to be charged more for the 30 seconds it took to pickup which was more than the cost of the flight! Paying public beware”
“Long stay car park very full, I got the last space! Areas not properly marked so hard to find the car again when I got back, and no attendant around to assist.”
