But . . . no trolleys available on Level 2 of the car park. None at all, in any of the trolley parks. Not life-threatening, but a bit of a faff to have to schlep to another level, or into the Terminal Building, just to get a trolley.”
“Easiest airport parking system I have ever come across. Online booking was very clear and easy. Entry to the car park was fully automated so no having to find a payment machine. Lots of parking spaces. On returning from our holiday drove to the barrier. It opened automatically

“Arrived very early morning, plenty of disabled spaces available at that time of morning. When I've booked at other times that carpark has been full so I had to book this carpark a year in advance. We managed to park at the front so it was literally a short walk across the road to arrivals”
“The car parki was easy to locate and very clearly marked when withing the carpark. The barrier went up upon arrival and upon exit. Location to the airport is straight across the road. Very easy. I would definitely recommend and will be using again.”

“Was decent, I didn’t realise it was further away than the multi story. The Need to update the location on what three words though I had two phrases shown by your site whilst they where close together it just added uneccesary confusion and panic when entering a area that can fine you if you stop”

“We use the airport parking a lot. It’s expensive but not as expensive as Manchester. However, this trip was unusual in that our return flight was cancelled due to Liverpool being closed. We couldn’t get a flight for two days and, we got charged two days extra parking! I couldn’t get the car as you were closed - you should have recognised that and allowed cars to go for free - you have our flight number when we book!
You can still do the right thing and refund the money that you were responsible for charging. I appreciate that it was bad weather but for to close and me to pay feels entirely wrong.”
“We used the Park Smart car park. Simple to use. Book online before arrival and the barrier goes up after reading your number plate. Can extend time period online if flight is late. Very straightforward, close to the terminal building and cheaper than the multistorey.”
