“I tried to extend my car park stay by 24 hours but it wouldn’t allow me to do it on the app so I had to book a whole new stay which cost me more money.”
“Easy to book online, simple process once you park your car following the instructions inside the drop off office. A short walk to the Airport entrance. On the return, its simple enough to pick up your key from the selection of boxes etc. Overall i would highly recommend using.”
“Plan ahead to make sure where you are going. Well sined at the airport and approaches. No trouble parking and a very short walk to the terminal building. We arrive at about 04.00 but there was no access through the Fast Track doors”

“I love flying from Liverpool John Lennon only thing I noticed was on way out after getting in the car was from the top long stay car park was I didn’t see a exit sign telling me to go straight on, I turned down and headed towards entry barriers, sion found my way onto the right road to exit barriers, overall no complaints thank you”
“Booking confirmation said follow signage to fast track family car park. Couldn't find this anywhere. Checked booking confirmation sheet again after trying wrong car parks, to find that the 'parking type' Park Smart was in fact the name of the car park and not the type of parking. Had to ask a local taxi driver where it was, as we were searching for a 'family car park' as indicated in your documentation.”
“The parking was fine busy but found a spot nice little walk over the problem I had is not being able to get my fast track passes to work so ended up being waste of money for me if I’m honest parking though was great 5 star if wasn’t for the fast pass experience”
“Multi storey car park was great value for money for a three day stay. Short walk to departures/arrivals, plenty of spaces, ANPR on arrival and exit. Would definitely use again.”
“Parking was fine but I was delayed by half an hour and was charged an extra £25. I understand that you have to pay if you are longer than what you book but it seems an extremely excessive charge for a half hour”
