“My first visit to john lenon airport and I decided to book the meet and greet car park thinking that would make life easier than multistory. How wrong was I. This was my first flight since covid so lots have changed but the meet and greet is human free. When you arrive you have to book your car in via a terminal and tag and post your keys. Then on return you collect keys from said terminal which tells you when to find your car. It all worked OK but it's wasn't meet and greet plus it's further to walk than multistory.”
“2nd time parking in the multistorey car park. This is so convenient right next to the terminal. Had no problem with the NPR either time. Would recommend 👌”
“Fast tracking is an absolute must for us, being the holder of a BlueBadge. It helps with access to the airport departures and arrivals.
Definitely worth the extra cost.”
“Parking is absolutely brilliant. Next door to the airport doors. Easy to get to . Easy to book and easy to enter and exit .
Only problem I lost my keys on the car park floor and tried to email you but no one has been in touch since I emailed a week ago”
“Great price and the location couldn’t be better right next to the terminal. The help desk intercom was also very helpful when needing to change the vehicle registration in the early hours of the morning.”
“Concept of meet and greet is great, however when our flight was delayed overnight no method of communication and we were charged an extra days fee through no fault of ours”
“I booked for 10 days which cost me £112.99 but needed to add a day your booking app wouldn't let me book it, so I had to book on a new request that cost me £36.99 for one extra day, that's far too expensive, I don't think I'll be in a hurry to book with you again.

Not a happy customer”
“The carpark was well sign posted and easy to find. The entry barrier raised automatically. There were blue signs showing the walk to the terminal which was close by. Very easy and straight forward.”
“The car park itself was absolutely fine
Getting to the carpark was a nightmare, we used the postcode given on the confirmation and it took us and a lot of other people to the wrong carpark.
This caused a nightmare as cars were trying to reverse with no where to go
when we arrived at the correct carpark the same thing was happening here, cars who were at the wrong car park were stuck at the barrier as there was a long line of traffic behind them.
This was at 5am in the morning it would be worse later in the day.
This is obviously a common problem which needs sorting, in busy periods the barriers should be manned”
