“Having flown from Liverpool airport many times and used the pre booked long term parking with no problems I decided to try on this occasion the meet & greet option for the first time. Not very impressed - not met and no greeting - not helpful for a first time user - and no indication of where the car would be on return.”
“There is not enough clear signage to exit the car park efficiently. It is also criminal the prices you charge for the parking. I feel totally ripped off at every opportunity the airport has to rob every penny you can from the moment a passenger arrives within your reach to the moment they leave. You are vultures in a world where competition can not exist. I have been robbed at gun point in the USA, pickpocketed in Spain, but never felt so held to ransom more than when I book a flight.”
“Very Convenient, close to departures, had slight issues with access/ exit barrier which were sorted out quickly. It would have been 5 stars otherwise. Great service inasmuch staff sealed my car passenger window which had been left open to avoid damge by the elements. Very much appreciated.”
“Long stay a good location, sometimes have to drive around seatch for a space. Maybe system of allocated spaces would work or indication where spaces exist.”
“This was the easiest parking experience I've ever had. The Meet and Greet is well signposted, and someone was available to help with questions. We quickly handed over, got our receipt and walked the 2 minutes to departures. Coming back was just as simple with the car parked close by for a quick exit. Would highly recommend”
“Happy with my parking but not happy with the charges for entering the wrong parking, I pre-booked and took the wrong exit off the roundabout and couldnt turn back costing me £6 just to go in and straight out, I dont like this we should get 2-5mins free incase this happens, same in Manchester. Next time i know where am going it will be better as I used the smart park all day and was very beneficial”
