“I have used your car park before and have been very happy.
However, I messed up my return flight home and got the date mixed up. When I went to the barrier it wouldn't go up.I spoke to a member of your staff and I had overstayed my stay by a day.
I was charged £25. I hold my hands up it was my fault and unfortunately you sometimes don't get some customer's who might try it on so you have to have a charge for an over stay. I just thought £25 was a bit steep for a day late.”
“Easy to find where to go for the Meet and Greet. A straightforward drop off and collection. Made the travelling less stressful. Very pleased, worth the small extra cost. Would use this service again.”
“I would give 5 stars if the airport gave a "grace period" if your return flight is late and you over-stay as a result. Manchester airport gives 6 hours grace period, if necessary. Liverpool charges £25 as soon as you overstay beyond the likely time of arrival back at the airport, which you have to guess in advance.”
“Although the car was safe with the meet and greet service, and dropping the car off was simple, the pickup was terrible. The signs just ran out, a fair way from where you have to go to collect your key. And nobody who works at the airport (at least none of them that we asked) seemed to know what meet and greet was, let alone where to find it.”

“We'd booked a flight to Nice and used the " Meet and greet " service - the drop off car park was easy to locate and the self key drop was straight forward and easy, although staff are on hand if any help needed. From there it's just a 3 minute walk to the terminal.
The return flight however was delayed into the early hours, and I was concerned that the car might not be available to collect due to going over the agreed collection time. A quick email to Liverpool Airport Parking staff resulted in a promt reply reassuring me that they were aware of the delay a d that my vehicle would be ready and available on our return - very reassuring when travelling with an elderly parent after a long delay. Very helpful staff thank you.”
“Hi there, the parking was great, easy to do online and confirmation was informative. We arrived home late and the gate wouldn’t lift, so I buzzed the information to ask about paying and he asked for a few details and then, boom, the barrier went up, and we left. I was panicking on the flight, but in the end it all went well. The holiday was good but the car park was better😁”
