“Parked in the multi storey which was handy for the terminal building. All was good until we returned and realised somebody had pinched a badge from our BMW.”
“Hi, one problem we had was finding the exit, we followed the exit signs off the car park which led us to the automatic barrier,it did'nt say exit but Long stay carpark which is confusing, we went round again realised there was no other way and so again pulled right up to the barrier which opened after reading our number plate. Please make it clear its not just the entrance to the vlong stay car park but the way out also.”
“This is the first time we’ve used Meet & Greet at Liverpool Airport and there was no staff on hand to assist, but thankfully another customer was collecting their keys at the same time and helped me, how is this meet & greet??”
“What ever you do don't have a flat battery on returning to your car. We parked up in the long stay at LPL, as we have done several times before with no issues at all. However for some reason on returning to our car, we opened up, lights came on but a bit dull, loaded our cases ready to set off home .......... nothing at all, very low battery. I carry jumpleads in my car and was hoping a fellow driver would be kind enough to pull up and let me jump the car. But no, one said he would, but drove off at high speed. I went to the intercom and asked the operator, do you have any security or staff on site with a jump pack. NO sorry, was the reply I got back.
You'll have to flag a Taxi down, which wasn't an option as we were in the long stay. I was shocked and not amused that despite having 1000's of cars parked up, they had no staff on site who could help. I still find this very very poor service. I won't have been the first driver to come back to a flat battery, nor will I be the last. The next chap I asked about pulling up and using my jumpleads said he had something better, a power bank, it was fantastic, 20 seconds to connect and I started my car. Needless to say i was staright on Amazon and bought one for my car, it was there within 5 hours of ordering. I gave the gent £25 pound as a thank you which he did'nt want but I insisted he did. The car parking at LPL is fine, unless it's raining and you may have a long walk to your car, BUT THE TOTAL LACK OF HELP AVAILABLE TO A STRANDED DRIVER WAS VERY VERY POOR. Next time fly from MAN and park up with APH who are faultless.”
“Having been delayed on return from France due to a cancelled flight we were unable to leave the car park without paying a £50 excess charge!
I though the airports would understand such circumstances, which are becoming the norm”
“Easy to find, open air parking, across from terminal. Keep your keys with you. Always very busy but always find a space. Spaces decent size.
Good price.”
“We parked in the multi-storey and it was great we found a space straight away and with it being over the road from the airport couldn’t recommend it enough. The entry and exit were straight forward to.”
“Really pleased with parking....it did what it said on the tin
Easy to find , 5-10 min walk to terminal , easy to book , no problems accessing/ leaving the car park”
“I parked in the open air long stay car park. As I have used it previously, I was more than happy to use it again. its a short walk to the terminal building and is a secure car park.”
