“Easy to find, very short walk into terminal. Found a parking space fairly quickly although this was lucky as it did seem very full with spaces only left towards the rear of the site. The only downside was the price as it was very expensive for such a simple parking service. I would try to have different travel arrangments for future trips if the price is not lower. A chaffeuer driven limo is probably cheaper.”
“Felt secure and easy to find, however no real obvious ways to locate car upon returning, and road markings to get to exit were not clear, we found ourselves driving down numerous dead ends”
“I normally use Fast Track though used Park Smart this time, entry was easy but parking slightly more difficult as took a long time to find a space. Booking process easy enough”
“Overall Very Satisfied
Booked multi story. Due to confusing signs (options are long stay and short stay multi story with no / to say short stay and multii story are 2 seperate car parks) went in long stay lane and there is nowhere to turn round got charged £16 to drive through the long stay.
Once in Multi story easy to find a space and friendly staff. Would definitely use again but if your using for first time make sure you bare in the right lane”
“Used long stay car park. Had to use the overspill section of the car park but not to inconvenient if using the side entrance to the terminal building.”
“The parking is fine, BUT Park Smart is really not that obvious on the map that you issue when booking, perhaps colour the area in the same colurs as the par smart branding so that a customer can make the instant connection. , I also clearly must have missed the signage on the approach to the airport and ended up at the long stay instead causing a bit of a panic and rush.
The free drop off area is outstanding and sets you apart from other UK Airports”
“No issue finding car park on arrival. Could do with more lane\area signage as couldn't see any even though I used the pedestrian route through the car park. Did see signs but only on road nearest entrance, but nothing once I'd gone up and down to find an empty space.”
