“I found Liverpool John Lennon Airport parking very easy to find and much more convenient than I was expecting. It's only a short walk to the arrivals and departures terminal, making the whole experience hassle-free. This was my first time travelling from Liverpool, and I was pleasantly surprised. It's now firmly on my list of preferred airports.”
“Easy to book and use. Barrier raises automatically raises on entry and exit. Well lit and secure. Didn't see any signage for pedestrians when exiting arrivals hall. Only seemed to be signage for car parks in the opposite direction. Pricing not extortionate.”
“Price was ok but could have got cheaper as got a discount after booking ,which was annoying .The car park although close to the main building was a little more further than expected as the spaces available were the furthest away .( One of those things) .The enterance and exit vja a n r was straightforward and easy”
“We incurred £30 extra charges on departure, due to error inputting the wrong departure time on the electronic booking system, which I found difficult to use on my mobile phone 😒 parking spaces were very tight, and if someone partks their monster sized car next to you, its hard to get out of the space! Was not the best experience....”
“Using the Long Stay car park was very straightforward and the barriers to admit and allow exit worked well. The parking spaces are perhaps a little too small for many modern vehicles, but we were able to find a convenient space, minimising the walk to the terminal.”
“On arriving and parking up the car next to us had left their window open and seeing that you had covered the window was thoughtful and put our minds at ease that the cars are checked. I can’t fault it!”
“The process was painless from start to finish. The barrier lifted on arrival and as we left, without fuss. As we had a disabled passenger, there was plenty of room in the disabled carpark and it was really close to the terminal. If we did not have a disabled passenger, I do think parking would have been difficult or we would have had a long walk, as there were no other spaces available near the terminal.”
“Missed the entrance (went into drop off in error), so this could be more clearly signposted.
Lots of car park spaces and obviously marked bays for when you return. Literally 5 mins walk to the terminal.”
