“It was easy to find and straight forward entry, found a parking place easily, it felt safe leaving car. On return no issues with the car, the only thing I could say that could be better is the exit signage, could be easier to follow.”
“Very convenient parking and literally over the road from the airport. The only problem was I took the left fork which led me into the outdoor car park, as there were cars behind me I had no way of reversing. Unfortunately I was charged £10 despite me simply driving round and out again. I wasn’t the only other confused driver either! So better signage for multi-story would be helpful.”
“The car park was good apart from our arrival when the barrier would not open. Upon contacting staff via the buzzer our car registration number was not recognised either, but we gave our code number and was let in after that. The barrier worked for us automatically on the way out though.”
“Parking was fine. Only issue was sat nav sent me towards short stay car park entrance and unable to turn round. Buzzed attendant to see if I could avoid the £8 fee to lift barrier. Very rude, off hand man - my only issue”
“Used the Long stay car park just behind hotel. Although it’s very near the terminal be aware that due to fencing off of building works next to hotel you have to walk a further distance to/from car than usual.”
“Generally I can find a parking spot, but not always as near to the terminal as I would like. Now that car entry and exit is all automatically done is I think a great improvement.”
“I parked in the long stay car park the only problem was we are senior adults and the car was a fair way from the departure entrance and we had one large case it was a long walk.”

“The long stay area was easy to find and use, however on entering there is no indication of how many spaces are available and where. When we arrived there were cars jammed in all over the place in the first area which made us panic and think it was full! However, upon driving further down there were plenty of spaces that were only a short walk to departures. So overall ease was good but needs better signage. Price was cheaper in advance, but not much, and disappointed you don’t do any Blue Light discount, codes for mailing list signups etc, as Manchester does. However, I would always pick Liverpool for convenience and pick of mind, especially as I only live ten minutes away :)”

“I was very happy with the parking but disappointed with the fishing e mail from COMPLETESAVE that came up when booking.
A quick response saying you are interested leads to a monthly charge of £18 hitting your card. Easy to reverse once you contact the card company.”
“We paid a fair price for a week's long term parking in March but prices do increase significantly during school holiday periods and we are currently having to review our options for the coming May half-term. Online booking is easy and seamless, entry to the car park equally so and our only criticism is the distance from the far extremes, where the only remaining spaces were. We are a couple in our mid-sixties and, especially on the cold windy March morning, it felt like quite a long way to drag our suitcases.”
“Stayed for 2 months. Safe parking, let us in no problems. wanted £905 to let us out. Had not recognised our number plate to go out. Spoke to operator and gave ref number and we where allowed out. Very handy for the terminal.”
