“Great parking, within easy walking distance, and even though we went to the wrong gate, the people were helpful.
The only thing that needs to improve is the signage on the road, particularly for the smart park where we were, it is too small and this led to us going into the wrong gate.”
“Because of ourflight times we arrived at and departed from the meet and greet when there wss no-one around in the dark.Although it was straightforward on each occasion I was notclear what I would have done if there was a problem. The label for attaching to my keys was okay but a little too big to be comfortable that the keys could be operated without the label being damzged.”
“A little walk to the arrival hall. Carrying golf bag was a bit of a struggle. The price of parking is expensive but still very busy. A bit more expensive than getting a taxi to and from airport / home. You will pay more for being closer. First time parking at LJL. Will definitely think again next time.”
“Carparks easy to navigate to and arriving/leaving easily accessible.
Online booking system easy and is advisable. Advisable too to take note before booking which carpark you are booking into. I went to multi-storey but should have gone to Smart Park. Pressed for help at barrier and staff member very helpful, put me at ease and gave m instructions what to do next and also directions to get to Smart Park which is not far away, although may prove a little too far/difficult for those with restricted mobilty/poor mobility.
Overall a good experience.”
“Parking was close by and everything was good, unfortunately being my first time I took a wrong turn and had to pay £12 to get out of the short stay drop off area, a bit better signage required wen entering the roundabout to the airport, but overall a good carpark.”
“Excellent parking, excellent security (speed and manner), dissappointing variety of shopping and especially eating and drinking venues, they all felt like big managed chains, which i suppose they are.
Overall happy to fly from there again but probably leave less time to sit and eat.”

“The long stay car park was very close to the airport easy to find and easy to use. The only issue I have is there is no facility to leave your car keys. I hate taking them abroad as fearful of loss.”
“Very straightforward to use, as a pre-paid service. I drove in without needing a ticket and was parked and on my way to my flight within two minutes. The return was just as quick and trouble free.”
“Very convenient to park at Liverpool, although pricey. As my husband has a blue badge we were able to park quite close to the departure lounge so can't comment on how convenient it would have been without the blue badge.”
“Upon arriving at Liverpools Meet & Greet you’re expected to have your car scanned and then proceed through the barrier; this didn’t happen as there was no barrier and everyone drove through. Easy to use logging your vehicle and dropping off your key. Like the idea of the car being onsite all the time and no 50 miles away in a field. Car was 2nd row upon my arrival back off holiday.
All in all a quick and simple parking solution.
