“The parking was easy to get into and easy to park up. Improvement required woud be better signage to each parking secton and exit. We drove around the car park a few times before we could get out.”
“Meet and Greet is not an accurate name as there is no 'meet' or 'greet' - I did not see a single member of staff. Having said that the experience was good and I shall use it again”
“Car park was short walk to the airport. Would have liked it a bit cheaper but it was very convenient. Very easy to book.
Only other negative would be that people had parked over at least 4 of the footpaths/ zebra crossing. Which made it difficult to navigate with a child cases etc.
Maybe an on the spot fine would stop these inconsiderate entitled people? 😉

“Booking, entry and exit from the car park was straight forward and efficient. Finding the entrance was more difficult, and despite having plenty of parking space getting into a space was not easy. Clearer marking, better spacing between bays and information about where spaces can be found would improve the experience. However, the distance from the long stay car park to the terminal is short, so you get away very quickly.”
“Perfect location however there were two negatives, first one was that people had parked in the safe walkways meaning we had to walk in the road. This needs to be enforced better. Lastly when we returned to the uk in the early hours of the morning it was very dark not enough car park lighting. Otherwise close and good value.”
“The airport parking was brilliant…..when we actually found the right car park. The meet and greet car park doesn’t seem to have any signage except a banner on the fencing right outside, but we had missed this as we used the turning before this and ended up going through the short stay car park as it was one way and couldn’t turn around as there where cars behind us - ended up driving through this twice and paying £6 each time! After getting lost a 3rd time we asked for directions and found the meet and greet car park but feel signage should be added, there are lots of signs for the other car parks just not meet and greet. This would have saved us 40 minutes of stressful driving around”
“Parking was a reasonable price. Unfortunately going around and around looking for a parking space was frustrating. Having no bus collection made for a long walk. Fortunately the weather was dry as you would have got soaked going from car park to airport. A covered walkway would be good.”
“Always enjoy parking with you - it's handy for our 'gettaway' - we can usually find a convenient space and if it's near trees (for welcome shade) so much the better. Never think about the car when we're away and always find it safe when we get back. Easy enough to book online. Thanks xx no worries”
“Easy to access and leave, plenty of spaces, albeit further up the car park from the terminal. Would be nice if it was covered and a bit better maintained, but can't complain.”
“Easy to book and use with number plate recognition. Whilst adjacent to the terminal it was a little "hit and miss" in finding a parking space. Certain people had decided to simply park in the passenger walkways!!”
“Great parking location and price. The only ask would be Clearer Exit signs throughout the car park. At night there was limited signage or road markers to indicate where the exit was resulting in a number of cars circling the car park.”
“This parking was good and easy to find. However, as a pedestrian trying to get to the terminal building for the first time, it is hard to know how to exit the car park and most the time walking where cars are passing with no dedicated pedestrian walkway. On the other hand, it is only a 5 minute walk and I would now know what to do next time.”
“We had a good experience of parking at the airport , our inky struggle was having a big car and the spaces being quite narrow , we had to drive around for sometime to find space big enough so we could actually get out of the car , I know this can’t be helped as the car is big but maybe a little more space would have eased the worry about the car being damaged whilst away”
“Easy access ...easy parking ...short walk to terminal .....hower we had a 7 hr delay due to air traffic strike and were charged an extra full day ... Maybe these type of episodes could be monitored in the future to help your customers as no flights were going in or out .... just a thought 🤔”
