“The Meet & Greet car park at Liverpool airport was excellent. Very easy to book online, drive in, drop the keys and off you go.
When you return the keys are easily collected from a secure locker and information is provided to where your car is located. All was fine with the vehicle and it was only around 30 yards from the key collection. The cost was the same as the normal car parks so it was a no brainer to use. Overall a great experience.”

“We arrived and parked then proceeded to security and to the duty free. An hour before our flight we had a call and there was a family emergency we had to go home. I emailed the parking dept and was told that you do not offer refunds. I’ve not had a response to my last email. Disgusting really. I am in the process of reporting this to trading standards”

“The problem I had was to find the correct short term car park.There appears to be no instructions on the confirmation email. I went into the multi storey short term carpark by mistake and nearly had to pay over £200. You have make clear which carpark is for stays of say 4days.”
“Easy to book, well signposted, Fast track parking was right next to the terminal, plenty of good sized spaces. I made an error with the reg number when booking (entered 0 instead of O) so the barrier didn't automatically open - the person we spoke to was incredibly helpful. Even though it's an expensive option, we'll definitely use this car park again.”
