“Easy to book online, good communication, booked fast track parking as we have done on previous occasions and have had no problems whatsoever, car park easy to find, straightforward to use, just a short walk to the terminal, will definately be using again”
“The car park was easy to find, easy check in procedure. It’s open to the public and anyone is able to walk through it.
All was going well until the night we were due to come home, I received a notification (I was in bed asleep) on my phone to say my car was unlocked. I discovered it at 08.00 the following morning, the telephone number on the website doesn’t accept international calls and I was unable to contact anyone. The airport has a duty of care for vehicles whilst in their possession, on this very basis they have failed. I own a high performance car, which is attractive to theives. Be very careful and check the vehicle is locked on your return. They have lost my trust, we shall never use them again.”
“Decent size secure parking. Good price and easy to get to. Short walk to airport making it very convenient. Only minor fault was had to do a couple of laps to find a parking space.”
“Parked up on the long stay parking which is quite a distance from the terminal. We're 70+ year olds and it was quite a way to drag the cases over some uneven block paving especially when the rain is lashing down. We arrived back at 0100 and after delayed border checks we got out of the building at 0200 and again it was absolutely chucking it down. We got back to our car like two drowned rats.
Getting out of the car park wasn't easy either as there were no clear exit route signage and we drove around for a while trying to find our way out. Definitely room for improvement.”
“They were excellent I inadvertently left my car with the passenger window down the excellent staff at liverpool airport very kindly covered the door with an adhesive plastic film which ensured that a mid week downpour did not ruin the car interior.
Thank you to whoever was responsible for that action.

“Very easy no nonsense experience. Once booked in barrier lifted with no fuss on arrival and departure 👍 only criticism is the price. £10 a day for long stay seems a little high. Good point is very close to terminal. Will use again”
