“It was good parking close to the airport but trying to find a space when arriving was really hard also I had booked 1 day less than I should of for the parking and was charged £15 at the exit which I thought was a bit expensive I think it should have been a reduced rate as I had already paid £98, apart from that I was happy”
“I have used Liverpool airport parking on several occasions and have always found it to be a 5star experience, booking is simple, price is competitive and the proximity to the terminal is ideal.i would thoroughly recommend parking there.”
“Easy to book but had an issue with parking. Signs led us to multi storey car park and couldn't get barrier to work. Intended to press assistance button but accidentally pressed ticket button and got a ticket so entered car park. On leaving barrier again didn't work so asked for assistance and discovered we were in wrong car park. Had to pay an extra £18 on top of our £46.99 booking fee as apparently we should have been in long stay car park. I take some responsibility for this but also think signage could be more instructive.”
“We thought that we would be met at the terminal building and someone would drive our car to the car park. Similarly, we expected the car to be brought to us on our return.
We had to park the car ourselves and walk about 200 metres to the terminal and back.
It would have been easier (and probably cheaper) to park across from the terminal near the hilton and walk about 100 metres.
Won't be using it again.”
“Booking the car park was really easy and quick. On arrival at the airport there wasn’t any need to input codes or booking information the barriers opened on reg recognition. Finding a space only took us a few minutes. Then it was a short walk about 5 minutes to the departures. Coming home again the barriers opened on reg recognition and we were on our way home. All in all a stress free experience and we would definitely take a flight from Liverpool and book the car park again.”
“The booking system was easy to follow and the price was reasonable. However upon our arrival, mid day on a Thursday, we could not find a free space even in the overflow car park. As our driver was disabled we could park too far from the terminal so we had to sit and wait for a space to become free. This was not in the blue badge area but we did manage the walk with our cases but with difficulty”
“Good location but there was only 3 luggage trolleys in the car park 🤦♂️
Plus it definitely needs some more visible WAY OUT / EXIT signs for in the dark!!”
“The only reason that my review was not 5 stars is because upon trying to exit the car park at 01:30am, it became apparent that the operative who entered my reg number into the ANPR system did so incorrectly, by putting a zero instead of a letter O, (which wouldn't even make a legal number plate), This meant that my number plate wasn't recognised on entering the car park so the barrier didn't open, (much to the displeasure of the very impatient car behind me!), so I just pressed for a ticket and the barrier lifted, we parked up and went on our holiday.
Upon collecting our car and reaching the exit barrier, the barrier did not lift and it requested that I pay £90, even though I had pre-booked and paid in full online. It was 01:30am, so I pressed the help button and the gentleman on the other end was incredibly friendly and helpful, recognising the mistake that had been made with the ANPR input, and acknowledging that I had paid in full, he duly raised the barrier and we were on our way.
The car park itself and its proximity to the terminal were great, the data input people just need to double check what they have entered to make sure it's correct and the system works smoothly when customers arrive (and leave), and therefore doesn't cause any unnecessary angst.”
“we came on site needing a disabled location all were taken some witout disabled licence very frustrating and all other spaces were taken there were two other vehicles looking for spaces a guy came out from the office to try to sort after a wait some cars left and we were found space.”
