“Easy to enter but then given a ticket you need to keep in order to exit. Number plate recognition would be easier. No guidance as to where to find available spaces. Upon exiting, the signposts are poorly located and road markings have been almost erased.”
“Last two times that we have booked and paid for parking we have been stopped at the exit after putting in our ticket. Both times it says that we have an outstanding balance. Last night it said it was £120.00!!! We then have to request help and then search our emails to give our reference number that confirms we have already paid. This is most annoying! What is wrong with your system.”
“Fast track parking was very good for the outbound journey but not for the return - the airports internal doors were closed so we could not use the designated fast track doorway”
“Difficult to gain access. Kept being asked if I had booked that car park when I pressed button for assistance. Had to go through my emails to find booking reference - same thing happened to my friend in the car behind.”
“entry was easy, signposted well. found a parking space quickly. Exit is why i’ve not given this review a 5. it was early hours so dark and wet, the way out wasn’t so clearly marked so we drove around not really knowing where we was going. just put some more visible signs up not just painted floors. would be fantastic”
“More exit signs needed, not the easiest to get out when dark. Also vehicle registration checker poor, past 3 times I've used the car park we've had to ring through for assistance as the barriers wouldnt lift and let us in/out.”
“it was good for the price we paid for a sort trip of 4 days £ 33.99 with a discount code in the long stay in a disable bay that was right at the front facing the terminal good for wheel chair uses but not guaranteed when booking.Liverpool Airport like many others is not cheap to park so look out for special offers”
“On the whole the parking experience was good - long stay is only a few minutes walk from the terminal and the booking procedure is simple. My only gripe is that the airport really should repaint the worn away arrows on the road showing the way out - or erect some signposts, particularly at 'decision points' where one is faced with a choice whether to turn left or right. As I've used the long stay parking before I know the way out to the exit barriers - but for newcomers it is guesswork as to which way to turn.”
“When i arrive at the airport the barrier did not open so i pressed the button and got a ticket. When i was leaving i put my ticket in the machine and it said £85 outstanding balance i pressed the call button and the member of staff sorted it out straight away.”
“Website fine, once you understand how it works. For instance difficult, if not impossible to log in and then look for parking. For some reason you need to enquire before logging in. That said I will now ALWAYS book parking through this website rather than using an add on through the airline's site. Big issue I had took 5 months to resolve when Flybe and Liverpool Airport Parking both blamed the other and 'service' agent at desk refused to enter into any sort of negotiation. Given the eventual refund he was obviously in the wrong, but obviously had me over a barrel by refusing to allow me to leave without paying additional £80 up front. Subsequently resolved but now only deal with airline for flight and parking company for parking.”
“Parking was easy, convenient with no hassle, the only negative was the exit and arrow markings on the Tarmac which were not that easy to see very late at night in the dark.”
“Took ages to find a space as some people think it's ok to take 2 spaces in an already full car park! Oh and to the idiot who hit my car whilst leaving the space next to me in zone B I will be taking legal action against you.
Apart from the idiots the parking was great and so close to the airport.”
