“I always enjoy flying from Liverpool and choose it ahead of all other airports, especially Manchester. The service and banter on arriving to park reminds me and should be a lesson for other airports how to make flying , once again a happy experience. A great start to our holiday.”

“The meet & greet service overall worked well, however there are a few improvements that could be made.
Improved and prominent road signage to the meet & greet as you approach from any direction & continue the signage to the entrance to the parking area - there are junctions with no signage.
The automatic key drop is slow and does not always respond in a meaningful way and there is no human help available.”
