“The long-term car park was easy to use, with the ANPR system working fine with an advance booking. It can seem a long walk back to the terminal if you're unlucky with weather but it stayed dry for us. It can take a while driving round before you find a space. Perhaps next time they update the technology there could be some sort of indication of where spaces are available?”

“We were delighted with the ease and simplicity of Liverpool Airport Parking at the multi storey car park which is directly opposite the departures desks. The car park is well lit and feels secure. Our car was fine.”
“Warning! It appears that when paying in advance, you are not actually reserved a parking space. Drove around several times before fortunatally, I found a space, however this was by luck. So you could end up paying for a space and not actually getting one, leaving the stress of finding another carpark and getting to the checkin in time. Also, not sure if you can claim your mony back if there was no space available.
It it was also not clear how to get out of the carpark, due to lack of spaces. Also a couple of cars had parked on a designated walkway which was not helpful with luggage.”
“Couldn’t find it…ended up accidentally in the drop off car park and had to pay and additional £5 to be able to exit there.
Once located the car park service was good.”
“Used the long stay car park behind the Hilton hotel. Piece of cake! ANPR barrier system lets you straight in, plenty of space to park up, and barriers let you straight out when leaving. Well sign posted and easy to find, and only two minutes to the terminal. No hassle at all”
“Very few actual parking spaces (long term car park), many car’s looked abandoned left in non parking areas. Few if any directions to airport entrance (cars parked on pathways). Very few Exit signs visible from area B, had to drive around several times. We managed to exit by guess work.”
“Parking in the family section was great as it was literally just by the exit doors. No hassle getting in or out. J would moat definitely be using it again.”
“Once I had worked out where the entrance was for the meet and greet parking, look out for the signs, it was really straight forwards. I was a little concerened that there were no staff around when we arrived, althought it was 3.30am!, the whole process was really easy.
It was also really easy to pick up my car when I arrived home.”
“For drop and go parking the promised support with members of staff didn’t materialise. On scanning ticket the machine asked for return flight number but couldn’t find it. Was no staff around to help, no desk to go to and no help button to press. Took 15 mins for someone to turn up (this was 6am) and help. They said “this happens sometimes, don’t know why”! They input another flight number of flight arriving about same time.
Walk to terminal is uncovered and dark (I got wet).”
“I thought the price was ok but was very disappointed when we arrived and had to drive around and around and around and around trying to find a parking space. Not the best start. Taxi next time i think as it turned out to be very stressful.”
