“Ve4ry close to the airport and hassle free on entry. Only slight problem was it didnt recognise my Redg on exit but luckily I had my booking ref on hand so used buzzer and guy let me through once he`d checked booking”
“it was a pleasant experience to use your parking ,but a bit of confusion on entering i thought the barrier would go up as i arrived did'nt realise you had to press the button to receive your ticket to enter and use it to exit
but overall it was easy”
“Very easy to arrange, not complicated at all.
We missed our flight so were late leaving the car park but it was simple to pay the extra fee, plus you can speak to a human if you get stuck.”
“I like the idea of having airport parking so close to the terminal. The parking area is vast and covers a huge area. Quite simple to find and clearly marked. The only real negative really was at the time of our arrival there wasn’t any disabled slots left so I had to park at the farther end. Quite a large area was sealed off due to some construction works of some sorts. My partner struggled to walk the distance due to her on going mobility problems. The booking was simple and priced competitively. Will definitely use again.”
“Stress free visit, smooth progress from car park through security, I was having my breakfast 35 minutes after arrival at the airport.
Staff were very friendly and helpful in security and the cafe.
I will always fly from Liverpool whenever possible.”
“I was concerned about using the self check in when i dropped my car off at the Meet and Greet Car Park, but my worries were soon dispelled. There was a lovely man in the office there who saw us struggling and immediately came to help. He was friendly, and chatted to us as he showed us what to do, he also made sure we understood the process for getting our key our of the machine when we returned. To him it was probably all in a days work, but to us, who were a party of three all over 75 years old, it was far more than that. This man was tall and slim, and unsurprisingly- he spoke with a Liverpool accent. He is a credit to the airport.”
“Paid £80 for a week we arrived 7 mins early as traffic was quiet when leaving the airport after our holiday had to pay £15 more to get out off the Airport be careful people rip off merchants park just outside airport. They don’t charge you extra for being a few minutes early. !!!!”
“The parking at Liverpool Airport is excellent., easy to book on line, so convenient and staff are extremely helpful.
Returned to find we had a flat battery, guy on the intercom was friendly and very helpful and having someone personally on site to assist was fantastic, we were on are way in no time.

“Easy to locate, numberplate recognition system worked a treat apart from the booking instructions tell you to take a token on entry to use on departure but not issued but barrier raised automatically on approach which was a relief. Details on car park usage should be updated to reflect new procedure as at present it's confusing. Apart from this minor issue everything fine.”
“Great service and no problems whatsoever with drop off or pick up. Short walk from terminal so really couldn't be easier or more convenient. So much easier than driving around searching for a parking space in a wilderness of tarmac!”

“Used "Meet and Greet" car park. Definitely not meet and greet, automated system replaces human involvement and was confusing. You are not met and greeted when you drop off your vehicle. You have to walk with your luggage to the terminal (no assistance) . On return, no human contact once again. To call this "Do it yourself" system "Meet and Greet" is misleading”
