“It was so easy. Drove to the multistory and parked. Took the lift downstairs and walked across the road into departures. The same in reverse when we arrived back.”

“Sorry a bit disappointed.I thought this was meet and greet.I had some trouble booking my car in when I arrived,no one there to greet or assist with booking in.I eventually found someone to assist.I had to go and find him.Not a good start to my holiday.

“Only one negative, the signage when you actually get to the airport is a little misleading. I thought the entrance to the meet and greet was blocked off so drove towards the barriers and ended up with a bus blasting his horn at me. Turned around and made my way to the entrance after this such an easy process to follow. So close to the airport just a very short walk and we were there”
“not easy to navagate in or out of the carpark no exit signes or arrown on the tarmac it awas a guess wheere to go where to park and where to leave ......”
“Liverpool is my favourite airport, parking is excellent, I used the long stay, very close to the terminal, easy to book, all automated, a very minor comment, maybe pedestrian walk ways under cover. Definitely will be using again”
“Much more pleasant experience than Manchester airport….and no facial recognition cameras as I could tell. Nice to have a human being checking my passport and giving advice ref renewal. Liverpool airport please don’t bring in dystopian facial recognition cameras etc.
Long stay car park very accessible and short walk to departures.”
