“Very easy to drive to, easy to find the car park we booked, not far to the terminal, quick booking in, generally very calm experience throughout are visit there and coming back.”
“The meet & greet service overall worked well, however there are a few improvements that could be made.
Improved and prominent road signage to the meet & greet as you approach from any direction & continue the signage to the entrance to the parking area - there are junctions with no signage.
The automatic key drop is slow and does not always respond in a meaningful way and there is no human help available.”

“We left our car for a long weekend. It was cheaper than arranging taxis at silly o'clock in the morning.
Parking was easier. We sailed throught the barrier and found a space quite quickly. The spaces are quite narrow for larger vehicles. You might want to unload your cases before parking up. Very pleased to find our car safe and secure on our return.”
“This all worked well. We had to change the car we intended to travel to the airport due to a mechanical issue at the last minute. But this was done quite simply via the website. And the barrier opened! All good.”
“I've used this multi storey car park directly opposite the airport building on many occasions. It's location is perfect. I've only given it 4 stars because last time I used it the ANPR didn't work. This meant I had to dig out the booking reference number to be allowed to exit the car park on my return from holiday at 00:35 in the morning. However, I got a quick response from the intercom and the barrier was lifted.
My only other observation is that the signage approaching the multi storey car park is likely to confuse anyone using it for the first time because the signage refers to short stay even if you are parking for 2 weeks.”
“Most everything about the car park was a good experience, I really like Liverpool airport in general , one improvement would be the price is a little expensive”
