“Only one thing : park in as so full we drove around for longer than we liked looking for a space so we got a bit anxious about meeting check in times etc . Otherwise all fine”
“Always easy to find a spot in the multi story carpark. Every time I’ve booked always found a spot on the first floor. It takes a minute to get into the terminal.

“Camera picked up licence plate barrier went up no problem, we parked in a disabled spot,blue badge on and went across to the airport just across from the disabled parking.
No problem when we landed home straight out .Have used the long stay numerous times and never had a problem.”

“One criticism is that the exit signing in the long stay car park is abysmal . It needs to be revamped with more signs on posts and the lining renewed.
I also think it is too expensive. A weeks stay should be nearer £70 than £100.”

A couple of issues:
I don't think it was clear about the entrance - I went to the wrong one because my SatNav took me by the post code.
Secondly I don't think the car park is well lit and signage needs to be improved. I arrived at about 3.00, on a dark night,in heavy rain. Zone signs seemed few and far between. I took a screen shot of the Google map showing my location, plus some photos. When I arrived back at about 22.30, it was again very dark, with heavy rain. Consequently I struggled to find my car. I was on my own, and I am 69 ; I found it very scary. Once I located my car, I struggled to find the exit! I drove round the car park a couple of times.

Possibly could do with better signage at and around the car park. Maybe myself being a bit thick!

“Easy to book and to access. The carpark initially looked full but after a short drive around we found lots of free spaces and only a short walk to the terminal. I would definately use this again as Liverpool John Lennon is in my opinion far superior to Manchester.”
