“My flight was cancelled and never used the airport parking as I was transferred to Liverpool from Manchester on the 23/06/24 to be informed as I just got the my flight with jet 2 LS631 was now cancelled so if possible I would like a refund”
“Excellent car parking at Liverpool airport.Walked straight into the airport ,no hassle and in departure lounge within 30 mins from leaving the car.

“Parking was ok managed to fine a place, but coming out was a nightmare as it's not clearly sign posted with the exit route to get out. The floor markings are not painted and clear enough to show you the direction, and when you do actually find an Exit sign it's got lots of other signes around it so again as you are driving it's distracting and hard to follow”
“Used the meet & greet...great, IF YOPU CAN FIND IT! SatNav given, didn't take me there. Little or no signage. Trying to reduce the stress of travel by booking it.....but nearly missed my flight trying to find it. ALL that said, now that I know where it is, I will use it again....or maybe just book a local hotel!”

Access difficult.didn't have my glasses to hand so pressed wrong button and received a ticket ,which let me in but was advised by person on com that my ticket had been cancelled and I would need to resolve when I exited car park.
Left me feeling worried for entire week about getting out of car park.

“Really easy to pay online and park, the only downside was trying to get off the carpark as the signs weren't very clear, and it sends you in a circle.”
“Since we last used Liverpool Airport, the car park areas seem to be a lot more full, even though it was not school holidays at the time of our visit. Possibly this is because there are more flights from the airport without enlargement of the facilities but as it was, it took us a long time to find a space and then walk our luggage to the terminal on a hot day. We did not feel relaxed when we finally arrived at Departures”
“The actual parking process was good but the map of how to get to location and the correct route to take could be improved.
Map seemed wrong way round, so ended up taking incorrect route.
The rest of the process was really easy to follow, and very beneficial to park so close”
“The booking process and procedure was very good.
The signage could be improved. I did a dummy Google Maps run beforehand otherwise I’d have ended up in the wrong place. It completely baffled the Uber driver in front of me who ended up in a real mess.
It also needs to be clearer that it’s now ANPR.Still loads of signs up advising people to go to the pay station when you don’t need to, which caused me a little bit of concern and panic that I’d get to the barrier and would then be stuck.”
