“Great parking so easy apart from coming out my mistake booked it till 2 o'clock I so though but should have been 14.00 so got charged an extra £15 🙄 apart from from that great will defo use again.”
“Easy to access and generally easy to find a space - just a short walk from the terminal We prefer to take flights from Liverpool when poss as so much easier to park”
“What can I say, well walked from long stay car park to terminal was like a building site, walking from gate to plane "outside in the cold and wet" never again. Returned from holiday and outside walking again. Tried Liverpool once never again. Just booked two holidays for 2025 and both from Manchester airport as warm arm and dry.”
“Very close parking to terminal entrance, although it wasn’t very well signed posted on approach to the airport. Upon our return from our breakaway, the same terminal entrance door was locked, and we had to use another door further away to exit the terminal, which left us a lot further from the car park. Oh, and for some unknown reason, we didn’t have our security fast passes that we paid for with our parking cost. Why?”
“My only citisism is that the map i do not think shows you clearly where the fats track parking is. i think the email should show the road that you go down that takes you behind what i thought was fast track. I must say when i got to the barrier and i got the communication device to work, one didnt, he was very helpfull and guided me out and back to the right area.”
“I attended the M and G , no staff to help my elderly disabled mother in law , no wheel chairs , she had to walk into the terminal, which was very difficult, we had carry her at one point !! And on our return the same thing”
“Drove in, parked up, walked to the terminal building and went on holiday. Came home, collected cases, walked to car and drove out. Simple. You get 4 hours grace time too which was handy as our flight home was delayed by 2 and a half hours. Good value compared to a taxi for us at least from The Wirral.”
“Maybe their fault but not allowing a cancellation once in the 24 hours before the flight meant that we couldn’t get a refund when our flight was cancelled the day before due to storm Darragh”
“It used to be cheaper than a return taxi journey from Frodsham. Sadly it no longer is and with an increase in the number of flights more difficult to find a space. It is also apparent that a considerable number of spaces are for the disabled and empty. Please reconsider your pricing structure, especially for regular customers.”
“Good online booking service. Customer service could be improved. My flight into Liverpool was delayed overnight and therefore I incurred an overstay charge. I am trying to get in touch with Liverpool airport parking to receive an invoice for the charge so I can claim back from the airline in a timely manner. My email has been acknowledged, however I am still awaiting the invoice. I would appreciate if customer service could be more prompt in their provision of this invoice.”
