“Confusing signage which you can not read in the dark. Failed to find pre booked car parked had to leave car in long stay as I could not turn round to navigate to the smart parking I had booked ended up costing me £76 for one day”

“Nothing could be easier. Pre-book (good rates), drive up, find a parking space, take a photo of the colour zone and row (e.g., Red 9), and walk over in five minutes. No steps or other issues pulling a wheeled case. No shuttle to wait for. I wouldn't park anywhere else at Liverpool JLA.”
