“Very close to main terminal. Barriers recognised registration on arrival. Nice big open car park with decent size spaces. Chose to book direct as similar price”
“First time using the service. Was well informed via emails and videos provided prior to arrival. Well signposted, convenient and easy to use. Made the start of our family holiday stress free. On return home, car was parked close to the terminal and would recommend.”
“Shocking.
Returned to my vehicle to discover i owed 230.00 despite my booking online. Which I could prove with emails. Contacted intercom to find a rude and very unhelpful lady intent on doing everything possible to be obstructive.
She informed me I had parked in the wrong car park hence the fee. I asked if I was in the wrong car park then why did the barrier allow me access ??
She then goes on to say I would have to wait up to one hour before anyone could come down to the car park. It was 3am I had 2 disabled people with me.
I was forced to block the 3 exit barriers which had the desired effect.
Immediately a guy came to the car park asking me for 24.00 which I refused to pay as I booked it online paying 150.00.
For the avoidance of doubt and in the pursuit of transparency I will not pay anymore more money to you people.
Your behaviour was disgusting, unhelpful, rude and misleading.”
“The price was nothing short of extortionate. £85 to stay from Thursday to Sunday. Dick turpin wore a mask.
My wife cant walk far so we have to use the multi storey otherwise its a fairly long walk back to the long stay”
“We used the Meet and Greet service whihc was well organised and worked fine. However the directions to the meet and greet meant we ended up in the drop off section, all traffic is corraled into some form of parking, there was no ability to turn around, so had to pay an additional £6 just to drive through and get out again. No customer service to talk to at the exit. signage to the meet and greet is a tatty banner on a fence, whihc was blocked by a bus when we first drove past. Needs more clear signage, however I understand it is the airports wish to maximise revenue at every possibility.”
“In general, I thought the process and price was very good. My only complaint is the signage on where to collect your car is a little confusing and gets lost in the terminology being used and the wider car park usage. It resulted in me spending a long time trying to locate my car upon my return.”
