“Found parking very easy. Close to departures. Got caught in storm Darragh and was late returning due to cancelled flights. Delighted when airport parking took reasonable steps to understand problem and waive overstay charges.”
“Grand . It's very tight to get round . Trying to find the exit out of the long stay carpark was a nightmare the first time . Not easy to figure out . Poor signage .”
“The meet and greet service is a good idea but being located a short walk away from the departure entrance detracts. The drop off and collect processes themselves are easy to follow, once you have found the car park which is much less straightforward and less well signposted than it should be. On a freezing and wet early morning, having to walk a fairway without shelter to departures is not quite the premium service that the concept otherwise should provide.”
“This is the best airport parking service I've used so far, not only is it quick and very simple at meet and greet but unlike East midlands you can also park there with a roof box on and as a disabled person this is fantastic for me. I would highly recommend this airport as well as meet and greet services.”
“Absolutely rubbish, arrive at barrier,will not open,lots of other people stuck at barrier,they can't get in, trying to press button to talk to someone but in absolutely pitch black,no lights on barrier control, just blindly pressing anything on control and out pops a ticket,so got into car park after a ridiculous length of time find a space,next to a barrier that had been bashed in and was all distorted tubing,that should have been a warning, when I returned a week later some kind person had backed into my car and damaged the rear end. On trying to get my car out of my space I realised how this has happened,the road between my car and cars on the other side of the road is too narrow,it took me at least two or three goes to get out because their is not sufficient space to back out easily. Probably it was a large car opposite me and struggled to get out and bashed my car. Then trying to find the exits was impossible,yes there are signs but UNLIT two of in car couldn't see them. So all in all a totally terrible parking experience.”
“Very convenient parking, right next door to the terminal building. Took us 60 seconds to get in to the terminal, which was invaluable for us, given our early morning flight, and arriving in the cold and dark. Fast track security passes were the cherry on top.”
