“Barrier was raised on arrival so did not acknowledge my entrance on Friday 19th July. On departure Tuesday 23rd, I had to contact customer service at the exit barrier and the matter was quickly resolved albeit with a slight delay.”
“Despite booking well in advance was still told to pay an extra £105 upon exit. Had to explain to the man in a box that we had paid already before being let out.
Our car battery had also run down whilst we were away (not the car parks fault!) but there was no help desk or information point to get help. Had to rely on the good nature of the black cab drivers to get out.”
“Only used meet and greet once before so had to read what to do. A staff member came and helped which made it much easier. It is a great service for our age group with such a short walk to the terminal.”

Only issue we had was on return - we had prepaid the parking but the assistance could not locate our booking, even though I gave details...resulted in a 10 minute wait at the barrier. Other than that, all good👍”
“I have emailed you re my experience, I had trouble finding Meet & Greet due to too small signage, Incorrect road on map saying Hale Road when in fact you had to turn into Dunlop Road first which then led onto Hale Road. What should of been stress free ended up stressful with 2 payments to your drop and go car park looking for Meet & Greet, nobody around to assist except at your Parksure/safe where a lady spoke and directed me on the intercom at the barrier entering that Car Park. Improve your Signage and Map.”
