“Really easy to book on line. We parked on the multi story. Excellent price for 3 days parking. Multi story was clean and well lit. Plenty of parking on level 4. When we returned, our car was exactly as we left it and as it was undercover it hadn’t been covered with bird muck. Easy to get on and off the car park as the cameras read our plate and the barriers opened automatically. Faultless. It’s also the first time we have used Liverpool Airport. Although there isn’t the same choice of destinations that Manchester offers, the whole experience of the airport is so much more chilled and less stressful. 10/10.”
“ecently used the airport parking service and found it to be excellent in terms of parking availability and accessibility. The location was convenient, and getting in and out was hassle-free. However, my experience was marred by their inflexible booking policy. While away, I needed to extend my booking by an extra day but found it impossible to make changes online or via customer service. This resulted in an expensive overstay charge upon my return, which was quite frustrating. Overall, a great service if you’re sure of your dates, but beware of the hefty penalties for any last-minute changes.”
“Once we found the entrance we were parked up and keys deposited within 10 minutes. Close to the terminal to walk without needing trolleys.
Picked keys up on returning and our car was parked right outside.”
“Absolutely satisfied! A person met me when I parked up, helped me with leaving the keys as this was my first time using "meet and greed" and assured me that my car would be waiting for me when I am back. And that was the case! No scratches or anything like that.”
“The multi-storey is convenient and relatively cheap. Signposting to get there is good enough and the ANPR cameras were all working during my visit, which made arriving and departing very straightforward. The bays are not the most generous so if you have a large vehicle, you might struggle. The stairwells were all lit and the lifts worked and were clean.”
“Very poor signposting as you come out of the airport. I was parked in long stay zone B - no signs to direct you to specific zones from outside the Arrivals exit. I asked 7 different members of staff from Jet 2, Security, Disability Help Desk, Baggage staff and nobody was able to help direct me and there was no information desk available to help.”
“I found the booking online to be really good. The signposting at the airport was not so good and it did take us a while to find the right spot. However, we were able to park only 3 minutes walkf from the airport buildings - so that was good. The price was good. Basically it was great but the signposting could be improved.”
“Paid £108 for the week in the Multi-storey, well worth the money no problems whatsoever, barrier lets you in when you pull up, plenty of spaces and a 1 minute walk to the terminal. No problems on exit as well. Will be using this car park from now on.”
“Highly recommend parking at Liverpool airport. We used the multi-storey and it was pretty reasonable for two weeks of parking. We pre-booked and there were no glitches on arrival or departure and plenty of space too - would definitely use again.”
