“I chose this carpark because of its locatity and easy access into the terminal. The Carpark location was perfect. Sadly the side door from the carpart into the terminal (as advertised) was locked and therefore had to enter via one of the front entrances. This wouldn't have been an issue had it not been pooring with rain and getting soaked in the process. The same doors were locked again on our return.”
“The Meet & Greet procedure at the airport is a very quick & easy process to follow. Being able to leave the car so close to the check in desks is a great help for passengers who require ‘assistance’.”
“Ease of access to the car park and only a five minute walk to the terminal — no need to hang around for a shuttle-bus. There are usually plenty of spaces in which to park safely and securely.”
“Excellent - but one recommendation would be great to link up with Mersey gateway and prepay the bridge. A real pain to remember to pay online by midnight following - always forget one of the crossings - esp if it’s returning early hours”
“I've used John Lennon airport on lots of occasions and never had a problem. Sadly my recent use of the carpark was disappointing. The barrier did not go up on entry , the attendant allowed us in .On return the following week we could not exit and the attendant had to allow us out once he did his checks. He was rude and did not offer any apologies for the cameras not recognising our registration.”
