Liverpool airport parking is good close to the airport itself. But the postcode sent on the booking takes you to another car park and then it suggests that you are not booked into that car park. It was the first time we had used Liverpool airport so this was very stressful as we did not know where we were going. Getting out of the airport was also not clear for the first-time user - you need more signs that indicate the exit.

It’s convenient and easy to book. The directions off the roundabout need to be lit up and a little clearer. Also as we always seem to arrive in the dark I would love there to be lighting on the car park

Used the long stay and it was relatively cheap and easy walk to the terminal building. I had prebooked and for some reason the machine did not recognise my car reg and dispense a ticket, but a 30 second chat with the attendant sorted it. Carp park absolutely fine, but paths could do with a bit of attention as there are overgrown bushes and trees in places.

Really easy to use, good value and close to airport. Could do with a few more ‘exit’ signs when your driving out as we were going round in circles!

Please add more signage regarding exits, the paint on the tarmac had worn off, and there were very few signs, therefore it was rather difficult to work out how to get out.

In and out no messing about signage for exits needs to be improved and new painted road markings and a tidy up also needed bushes over grown on walkways need cutting and tidying up, charge for dropping off needs getting rid of 10 mins free stay instead that will p*ss Manchester Airport off more business for our Airport then

Booking was quick and easy. Entry and exit through the barriers was simple and efficient. Finding the exit barrier was not particularly well signposted and resulted in a couple of trips around the car park. Overall a good experience.

Going out was spot on but arriving back wasn't good waited ages for help it was that long the whole plane of passengers had gone just our luggage going round and round as the special assistance took that long

Use the long stay car park a few times recently. Easy to find as there is good signage. However, exiting the car park is not so easy - needs more easily visible signs. In addition, many of the floor markings/signs to the exit are very hard to see/read.

Easy to use but please on booking emails put the "DO NOT PRESS FOR A TICKET ON ENTRY" upfront in the email. I did press a ticket on arrival! I wanted to resolve the issue before flying out but the signage was not helpful at the pay station on the 1st floor. It said, "go to the site office". I could not find any site office and I asked airport staff and they said there is no site office. I then saw a sign outside the multi storey car park saying "use the intercom at the pay station", there is no intercom at the pay station. I went to an exit barrier and pressed the intercom. The person resolved my issue by checking my booking and told me they could see my booking. They advised on my return to just go to an exit barrier with my ticket press the intercom button then speak with a colleague. I did this on my return and exited quickly. Your operatives were excellent but signage needs considerable improvement.

We were first time users of this facility and found that the technology did not give us any problems. The only observation I would make is that it needs to be made clearer when you are stopped in the tunnel where to go next. We didn't take that information on board well enough and had to do a circuit of the premises to get back to the parking lanes. Luckily the place was deserted at the time so we accomplished this without incident. If the place had been busy, it would have been a different story.

Multi story car park is very good but having to search for a bay can be frustrating.PErhaps the numbering of bays and then allocated to a online purchaser could avoid this.There seems to be a lot of bays cordoned off and not in use.
