“I have given 4 stars, due to not being able to change the dates the day after when relising. Would be helpful if you could change the date and pay the 15 pound extra instead of when you arrive back from out the country and go through the process of paying at the machine. Other than that car was safe and the accessibility to the airport from the car park was great.”
“Great place to park - Hassle free and affordable. Safe and get to keep our keys on us. A bit concerned about a kids on bikes cycling around. Lost a star because once I had double booked because the payment did not go through but deducted on my card and no refund was issued.”

One slight improvement that could be made, the parking area has a designated entrance into the airport, however, when you return you have to leave via the general exit.”
“Pros - Cheap and available parking, a very short walk to the airport terminal. Arriving and departing the car park was quick and easy
Cons - The exit signs aren't great and took a few goes around to get out and the trees on the walkway hang low and get in the way

“Long stay car park was very easy to use, pre-booking worked like a dream. My only criticisms are on leaving the car park, finding the exit was hard due to poor signage and poor ground markings which have worn away.
Also, a good gardening day out there would tidy the place up.
But on the whole, the terminal experience on departure and arrival was very pleasant, and the car park issue didn't affect our choice of using Liverpool again.

“Great place to park, right next to airport departures. Plenty of spaces and of decent width too. If you pay in advance the gates open automatically both on arrival and departure. Only criticism is trying to find the exit on departure as the painted exit signs on the road surface have faded with their direction arrows. I recommend the Long Stay car park to all users of Liverpool Airport.”
“Pleasant medium size airport with consequent advantages. Some signage would help to point car park users to a door at the side of the terminal. Car parking reception and collection arrangements fine. No telephone number is provided for customers to ring the car park if something is gong to delay their return flight. Instructions for paying any surplus charges in such an instance are vague with no information on how the collection slip would be used.”

“Great car park for location and distance to airport. But finding a space! Can be driving round for ages along with several other people is a pain, add another 1/2 hour on your timings!”
“We parked in Liverpool Airport's Multi-storey car park. The cost for seven days was very good considering the close proximity to the Departures. Our homeward flight was delayed by 2 hours due to the French Air Traffic Controllers strike. We were worried that we would incur extra costs but Liverpool Airport had extended the time we could park by 4 hours to cover any reasonable delay. I will definitely use this facility again.”
“Excellent car park and so easy to use! If there had been more spaces that were slightly wider for the cars of today and the price of the parking was lower, this would have a five star rating but would definitely use it again.”
