“Excellent service, little bit difficult to locate but once there very easy to park and leave car. On my return the gentleman was very helpful finding my car. Would definitely use again”
“We paid for parking and gave our time of arrival. Upon arriving we could not find a single free parking space. We were driving around for about 15 minutes alongside a few other cars, all hunting for a space. Afraid of missing our flight with a toddler and a baby, 3 suitcases, pram and hand luggage, we parked the car in a hatched area along side a row of parking spaces which would not block any other parked cars. With no one there to help and still no available spaces we left the car there and made our flight (last ones on). After the holiday we found our car with a notification on the windscreen informing us our details had been passed on to a third party. We have now recieved a £120 fine (60 if paid withing a certain timeframe) we have appealed. What was meant to be convenient turned into a terrible experience.”
“I knew I had found the one when I arrived at Liverpool Airport parking. The glistening white barrier opened at a delicate speed as I slowly approached. Upon entering it was clear this car park had been designed to park cars! The spaces were all aligned, painted white lines to guide me in no issue. I decided to utilise zone F - it was clean, tidy and well maintained. As far as car parks go there is no other in comparison. I left my car knowing it was in safe hands perfectly aligned within its white lines, the cars next to me delighted to have a new friend. When returning to the car park it was like I had never left - everything was the same simplistic yet beautiful self. The fresh aroma of the dandelions protruding from the dark concrete show that they care about the landscaping here and they should definitely look to enter the Chelsea flower show. Overall highly recommended and I will be back! Thank you”
“The overall experience is excellent. The quick entry into the car park was very good and without problem, and access to the airport from the car park was easy. We found the exit from the car park not quite as easy as some exit signs were obscured by foliage, so missed the correct way and had to try again.”
“Recently I parked in the long stay car park at Liverpool airport. It was easy to find,reasonably priced and with the number plate recognition I drove straight in and out. The only problem I had was that being a large car park I should have tapped my location into google maps on my phone when arriving. With not doing this it took me some time to find my car on returning. However I will remember to do this another time and will not hesitate to use this park again.”
“We used the meet and greet service. On arrival we found it really badly sign posted and ended up getting stuck in the multi story and needing assistance on where to go as the postcode or road signs couldn’t get you there. The night assistants were very helpful and friendly! The meet and greet system worked fine, drop off and pick up was easy enough but it’s definitely not worth the extra money at Liverpool. It’s right next to the other car parks so in future will just use those.”
“Short of pulling up next to the plane , you can’t get any closer to the entrance! Straight forward to use , although I did have a bit of help from the very friendly staff. Will most certainly use this service again.”
