“The very poor road signs to Liverpool airport combined with the very amateur signs to the meet and greet
make the journey for the customer very stressful . There are no illuminated signs for the meet and greet only inefficent vinyl signs that are impossible to read in the dark .
There is also no one to meet or greet the customer only an inefficient automated sytem that only works periodically to get any help in our experience is hopeless .
Please bring back the experienced staff to meet and greet the customer or please change the name .
this is a great shame that this parking system does not live up to its name as apart from the hopeless signage to direct you to the airport Liverpool airport is far preferable to any other”
“Easy to find and good signage. Bit of a pain with traffic on exit due to flight being delayed. Similar price to other air port carparks, all on the expensive side.”
“We used multi-storey parking because it is a short walk to the terminal. It is easy to find and the number plate recognition worked well. I would definitely recommend it for its convenience.”
“Parking at the Meet and great was a great experience so close to the departures door, and easy to use, but the email received a few days earlier was a great improvement as it gave a what 3 words to find the car park. I never got this last year and ended up in the car drop off and it cost me £10 just to get out of there”
“Perfect. Paid in advance. Barrier opened in arrival. Spaces available and easy access to the car park with clear directions. Safe storage for a week and easily found on our return. Couldn’t have asked for more and have booked again in February 2025. On exit my car alerts flashed that my boot wasn’t closed properly so I stopped to prevent 4 x 20kg falling out into the road. It was as I stopped I noticed the warning sign of £100 for stopping in the short approach road. I’m hoping my 30 sec ‘safety’ stop doesn’t incur a fine. My fault entirely and doesn’t detract from the fantastic’Fast Track Parking’ facility. Brilliant.”
“It was very easy to park and the departures was conveniently nearby. Possibly clearer signage is needed if you're returning at night.
Overall it was very good and we were satisfied.”
