However the reg plate wasn't recognised despite having made the booking in advance. Nevertheless we got a support while we called and the barrier opened.
It may however be a struggle for shy people or non-English speakers.”
“Booed the family pass and very easy and straight forward to use. Just added the pass to Apple wallet. Drove up to barrier and it opened automatically. Parked for a week then left without any issue. Parking really close to airport. If was going to use airport again would definitely use the car parking again.”
“Got to the car park at 0700 it was full at the backbut for some reason all at the front was empty, nobody there to guide you like at Manchester. Number plate recognition didnt seem to work. all the rest was ok though.”

The jump in prices from one allotted time to the next cannot be reasonably justified. Basically, you have a captive audience,..and you're obviously making the most of it, because there is no alternative,..and you know it. People who frequent the airport view you as nothing less than a greedy, grasping, profiteering company.

“Disappointed parked in multi story on day of my prepaid location. On return told I was in the wrong location should have been long stay. Told I would have to pay a couple of pounds difference. But ended up paying £48 wow. Disappointed would not recommend and poor service. Will put on other sites.”
