“Car park is easy to find. Problem is that a huge number of parking spaces are disabled, those close to the airport. Very convienient locatiopn though.
Also had a 7.00am book in time and arrived at 6.47am. So to gain acess needed to press for a ticket. Then on leaving I had a £105 bill. - 2 days later. So pressed the buzzer and the man on the end let me go, mainly because I was one hour before my book out time.
Reason I was early was that I received 2 emails saying please get here 3 hours before to assist delays.

“The instructions that were sent 2 days prior to our departure from Liverpool Airport were absymal as they did not instruct you to go round the back of the airport and to not approach the Airport by turning left before you reach the airport. Consequently at 5.00 in the morning we are having to reverse from the car parks to turn round and go out of the airport to take the first right on to Dunlop Road which is how you access the car park. Very frustrating and stressful which is not what we wanted before we went on our holiday and especially when we paid a higher cost to stay in the Fast Track car park.”
“The easiest parking there is. Easily directed with road signs for entry and exit. Automatic barriers, No messing about, and you’re literally on top on the airport.”
“On the positive side Liverpool airport is a pleasure to use, principally because the staff are very friendly. I chose to use the 'Fast track family parking' as I knew I would not have much time for arriving with my family to departure. I apid a premium of circa £50 for this then I discovered:
- The car park was difficult to find seperated from other car parks. Which you only discver when you enter and then it is difficult to exit them
- The car park itself is not really any close to the main car park (which is very easy to access the terminal from)
- The fast track which I had paid extra for was actually closed and we had to use the normal queue and were informed to pick this up with the airline/ company we had bought the fast track for. On this basis I would ask that you refund the premium for fast track as it was not available.”
“We hadn't flown from Liverpool before so we were first time users. The car park was in a accessible location and was also a reasonably priced long stay car park. Straightforward booking process on line too.”
