“The car park itself was absolutely fine
Getting to the carpark was a nightmare, we used the postcode given on the confirmation and it took us and a lot of other people to the wrong carpark.
This caused a nightmare as cars were trying to reverse with no where to go
when we arrived at the correct carpark the same thing was happening here, cars who were at the wrong car park were stuck at the barrier as there was a long line of traffic behind them.
This was at 5am in the morning it would be worse later in the day.
This is obviously a common problem which needs sorting, in busy periods the barriers should be manned”
“The whole experience was very good, Just one thing let it down for me, When collecting the car, I got a very quick view where my car was, It took my 50 minutes to find it, I would suggest a printable map when you collect the keys,”
“This was easy to organise and simple to use and a fantastic resource for a family one of whom has limited mobility. There were wheelchairs available and we easily managed to move from the multistorey to the departure lounge.”
