“Exit signs and markings in car park could be better but good value at £80 for the week. That exit is a little frustrating be better if you went straight out onto main rather than coming past the airport terminal.”
“I have used the long stay car park on a number of occasions. It's pretty straight forward. I pre book the space and the barrier recognises the registration number. You find a space and on return the barrier let's you out. Quite hassle free. I like to know I can get home once my flight lands.”
“It was a spectacular disaster. We paid around £70 for fast track parking , getting there we could not find any directions to the fast track parking, after 45 mins of chasing around we had to park in the short stay otherwise would have missed our flight, on return we were charged £232 for a 4 day parking leaving us a total payment off over £300, worst parking experience of my life”
“Ideal for the airport short walk to terminal, good signage to get to the car park, but woefully inadequate to get out. Spent 10 mins driving round circles . need more signs or road markings”
“Booking system very good & cost ok. Car park Signage approaching very good. Once in there the Signage to the overflow carport was very poor, luckily we had friends with us who have used before, they told about the hill at the back with takes you to the overflow section which was empty as the main car park was full. But we would use again.”
“Not good guidance on where you go... The postcode takes you to a different entrance to which the frustrated operator tells you to turn around and go to another entrance. Once we came back I put the ticket upto the machine to be told ticket unknown and I owed £115.00...once again pressed the button for assistance, had to go on my phone for reference number to explain to the operator. No response just opened the barrier.
Think things need improving never had an issue with Manchester or Leeds.”
