“Major dissapointment, parked at 4:30 am in the dark, in a very poorly lit car park. Hardly any spaces around. I find one space with white lines and park within it, cam back from holiday and had received a fine for parking in a marked bay, but apparently as the bays lines are not as white as the other bays it is no longer in use. How on earth am I supposed to know this and why has no effort been made to remove all trace of these lines? You pay over £100 to park and then are hit with another £60-£100 fine. Awful and has put me off ever parking here again sadly.”
“Car parking was straight forward and easy to find with WTW.
My only issue was early drop off time and late collection time.
I dropped off 30 minutes early and picked up an hour late and was charged £15.00, given that I parked for 4 and half days for £56.00 I thought the charges were a bit steep.
Overall service was good but as opposed to just letting customers know late charges apply it would be good to know what those charges will be per hour.”
“Its just like getting out of bed unlike Manchester Airport. Parking next to the main terminal with any need for a bus. Fees much cheaper and if getting a lift you even have 20 mins free in the short stay car park. Liverpool wins hands down.”

“Great service, not the first time I have used the facility and I’m sure it won’t be the last, this time the staff went the extra mile as on my return from holiday my car battery was flat and a very nice bloke called Geoffrey helped me by jump starting my car to get me on my way home, thanks again.”
“Spot on parking! No trouble whatsoever! Flight was slightly delayed which made our exit time go over but the barrier opened with no bother!

“As this was a short break the car park was cost-effective against a taxi however prices for parking are not cheap and perhaps could be more reasonable considering the vehicle is parked outside. However the parking is convenient for the airport departure and arrival areas only a 5 minute walk at most. So all positive except prices need to be more reasonable.”
“Booked amd paid all ok, I had previously booked in the Long stay car park and on this occassion simply followed previous routes as there were no dorections on the booking confirmation. On arrival the barrier did not go up and on departure I was met with a £105.00 bill which was eventually dropped to £6. Explained to the person on the end of the comms who helped but thought to tell me I was wrong and reluctantly reduced the fee.”
“I used the "Meet and greet" service at the airport. This is a review with two parts. On the way out it was excellent. When I booked I put my return date as the Thursday because that was when my flight back set off. I hadn't considered that it landed on Friday morning at 2am. When I got the the car park I had £25 extra to pay. I found a member of staff to pay the extra, after explaining he very kindly waived the charge. He then directed us to departures and explained what to do on the way back. If this was the whole story I would have given 5 stars.
On the way back I left arrivals at 4am, I looked for the sign post to the "Meet and greet" however there aren't any. The Multi story, Long stay and Express drop off/collect are all clearly sign posted. After walking around for 15 minutes I asked a Steward where the Meet and greet was. They directed me, and I mentioned there were no signs their response was that they have told them multiple times.
I went to get my keys and mentioned to a member of staff that there are no signs. I was met with the sarcastic response of "But sir you came here when you dropped your car off.". After being awake for nearly 24 hours it was all I could do to hold my temper. I reminded him I arrived from the entrance in the day and hadn't thought to drop a pin on Google maps because I didn't think anyone would be stupid enough not to sign post a Meet and greet service at an international airport. This part of the service I would give 1 star.
On balance 3 stars seems fair.”
