“The number plate recognition camera did not allow me into the car park. I also scanning tried the QR code from my phone, but this also failed with a message saying it was not recognised.
I pressed the assistance button but had no answer. I had to press for a ticket to enter
On my return, the assistant was helpful and used by booking reference as a means to verify my booking

“Arrived for a short trip to Belfast and through security within minutes. Been a while since using airport and pleasantly surprised at how much it's changed. Plenty of places to grab a bite. Flight on time. All in all a good trip.”
“Pre booked parking no problem a little expensive but secure return delayed until following day paid, £20 excess in terminal BUT ANPR on exit did not recognise had to use call. PLUS easyjet will not pay excess BUT pays for hotels transport and food in IOM dont find this fair BAD CUSTOMER RELATIONS EASYJET”
“I used the meet and greet service which was really convenient and a short distance away from departure entrance and arrival exit. The only slight issue I had was that the car was parked in a really tight spot and therefore I had to reverse out before other passengers could use.”
“It was my first time visiting JLA, so was abit daunting. But once you arrive everything is self explanatory. Car park was easy to locate. And the walk down to the airport was aprox 1-5 mins. I was pushing a £1 trolly. (So bring 1£s)

“Parking was very easy and clear. Very smooth on both departure and arrivals. Slightly disappointed to be charged for Fast Track when it is currently closed due to ongoing works. Maybe remove the option until they are completed, i now have to chase a refund.”
“The car park was extremely busy (it was half term) and we struggled to find a space. Once we had parked we only had a short walk to the departure building. I was happy that my car would be secure during the few days we were away. The pre booking was simple and the cost did not appear unreasonable. I would use this service again.”
