“We were unable to find the ParkSmart car park that we had pre booked. The postcode provided directed us to the long/medium/short stay car parks. After driving around, we eventually ran out of time as our flight was due. We had to park in the long stay car park thus e currying a further fee for parking. It has now cost us approximately £180 to park for 4 days. I have emailed you to ask if there is anything you can do by way of some reimbursement but I have not received a reply.”
“Parking is easy but only if a couple of rules apply. At the time of booking it wasn’t clear what car park we had booked in and so we went to the wrong parking area. Next, if you’re going to make people walk 10 minutes pushing a 23kg bag please make the pathway smooth. !!!!!!!”
“Car was left as i found it, i spoke to one of your security guards i believe his name was Burns cant remember his christian name but he was very reassuring that most of the time its a very safe Airport.”
“Meet and Greet worked well for us, despite no-one to Meet us when dropping off keys: easy to follow instructions however. On return collection of keys worked easily thanks to the real human being who helped! The personal touch matters.”
“Easy well sign posted entrance but the exit needs better signage .Not knowing the long stay parking I ended on a road under bridge to extra parking. It didn't help when I came to 2 exit signs pointing in different directions .i now know with the experience to head for the left of multi story.”
“Website was very easy to use and gave clear directions and instructions.
When we arrived, the barrier recognised our reg and lifted, so easy. The same again when going home. We will use this all the time now. The price was cheaper than a quote for pick up with a local carrier despite us only living 20 minutes from the airport.”

One gripe - we had purchased fast track parking but the door to the airport near the car park was locked so we had an unexpected hike around to find an open door”
“Paid to park in multi storey but drove into long stay, couldn’t find entrance to multi storey. Had to leave car in long stay. I emailed JLA who said it would be ok and explain at exit when we returned. All was fine and we drove through.
Maybe the signs on entry could be a little clearer.
We would definitely use JLA again and recommend to family and friends”
“So easy and convenient. Entry to the long stay car park was smooth and easily found a parking space. Walk to the terminal was less than 5 mins… so much efficient than being miles away and having to wait for a shuttle bus.. loved being able to quickly and easily locate our car on our return and pass all the pick up and taxi queues.”
