The carpark was so close to the entrance of the airport as I have walking issues and there was plenty of Disabled parking choice.

“Very reasonable cost….easy booking experience….sat nav directions spot on….easy to find location….well yellow meet & greet signed areas……easy to use auto machines to book in & safe locker facilities for dropping your keys off….printed receipt for confirmation & to easily use to scan to obtain your car key after your return journey. Pleasant staff if needed on site to to help & advise……care taken to park my expensive car !! No seat adjustments or mirrors moved to suit the valet parking person…easy walking distance to the airport terminal 3 minutes max….all in all would definitely use this close by service again…reasonable cost & fuss free experience & peace of mind parking facility…thank you. “I was disappointed to find that I had booked the larger car park by mistake, previously I had booked the car park opposite the terminl building. This time I was on the other massive park where ther appeared to be no blue badge parking and I eventually found a space at the far end. Very disappointed.”
“Entry and exit fully automated via NPR so easy drive in and drive out.
On entry it took a little time to find a parking space and the spaces are a little tight for today’s sized vehicles.
On balance it was a convenient option at a reasonable cost and worked very well”
“Long Stay Parking at Liverpool JohnLennon Airport ( LPL) in my opinion is very easy whenever your car park space , just a few minutes ( 5 minutes max) to the Terminal and when you are flying off somewhere in Europe for weekend or 2 weeks in the Sun in Greece 🇬🇷 you want convenience so for Liverpool John Lennon Airport Long Stay is my Choice.”
“Horrible service. We had pre-booked a week in the parking lot, our flight was cancelled and we spent about 2 hours in the lot but did not receive anything back. Contacted the parking services to explain the circumstances and they were completly unsympathetic, had their money and could care less.
Will not use the lots again.”
“I had reserved a car park space for 3 days thinking I was returning on the 3rd day.
It turned out that we were away for 3 nights.
I eagerly contacted JLA parking, and I was greeted by a lovely gentleman who reassured me that I needn’t worry, I just had to pay the extra £15 on exit.
All good and I would recommend parking at the airport, saves all the faf & taxi expenses. Thank You.”

“Drop off was really good close to departures. however when we picked the car up the headlights had been left on which drained the battery. We did manage to get it started but we did notice another car that we're in the same position.”
“When we arrived at the car park, the barriers didn't open so we called for assistance only to realise I'd written one number wrong in the number plate. They were very helpful and understanding and helped us sort the issue out. Lovely support when needed and the car park is very easy to access from the airport.”
“Smart Park is too far from terminal and difficult to find a space. Have ongoing query as I was charged a small extra amount on arrival and another on departure although I had paid in full. Prefer the long stay car park opposite the terminal.”
“I live only 25 mins from Manchester Airport, but as the parking there is chaotic along with everything else being such a mess, i decided to fly from Liverpool. It was a great choice, we pre booked the long stay car park, it was so simple, the walk to the terminal took only 2 mins. The Airport is much slicker, easier to walk around and grab food. I’ll whenever possible be flying from John Lennon, it may take an extra 40mins than Manchester for me, but you get that time back as it’s easier to park, the queuing is much faster, as is the whole process.”
