“Good location close to airport but is let down by how far you are if your parked abit further away especially if it was bad weather also exit sign needs locating better”
“A very short walk to departures, is excellent.
However it is technically not 'meet and greet'.
It's self service depositing of keys, with no human involvement.
Neighbouring car was parked impossibly close to my drivers door when I returned to collect it, making it difficult to get in the car.
Need to do better.”
“The parking in Liverpool airport is hassle free, and I would recommend it to anyone flying from there to use it, it’s safe and convenient plus it doesn’t cost that much”
“It was really easy to do, enter your car details and flight details online. Turn up at the airport and the barrier will automatically lift (ANPR), find an open space and park - remember to take a note of the row/area for when you get back. On exiting, the barrier will automatically lift again - SO easy”
“We used Meet and Greet for 3 weeks in March/April. The detailed map made it easy to find. Slightly disconcerting that there was no staff (unlike Manc airport M&G where people guide you in etc.) But the DIY parking system worked and the walk to departures was quick and easy. On return, the only comment we would make was that, as strangers to L/Pool airport, there was very little signage to M&G from arrivals and we had to ask for help. Again, no staff to help, but the system worked once we got to grips with it!”
“It only took around five minutes to find an available space to park and we were lucky to be very close to the terminal. The only negative was the price, even though we booked well in advance it was still over £100 for 8 days parking.”
“The inward parking went smoothly, but as a person with mobility problems, I wasn't directed to, or given the opportunity of booking a dedicated mobility space, if there are any? Therefore, the walk to and from the Aitport from Zone K was very uncomfortable. On my way home (outward) I had booked yo leave from 8pm, allowed extra time, but arrived after 7pm and the automatic number plate recognition said it did not recognise me. I spoke to an advisor, who sounded very suspicious of me and you me through various checks, almost disbelieving despite my showering all her questions, and providing her with my booking reference number (I had printd out my invoice - thank God. She let me out, but her attitude was unfriendly. Yes I managed yo park, but quite a distance from the terminal given my disabilities, as a lonely traveller. Improvements could be made.”
