“Easy booking process and extremely convenient location. All paid in advance so no faffing about at barriers looking for tickets/booking codes etc when you just want to get on your way home after your holiday.”
“It has been several years since I last parked at Liverpool Airport ,so was pleasantly suprised on arrival. Wow such a change and for the better.
We used the long stay car park with entry being granted by a ANPR camera (reg number is submitted at time of payment). We then walked the short distance (10 minutes at the most) to the terminal building following the marked pathway.
Following our arrival back at the airport, we made our way back to our car along the marked pathway. Exiting the car park was as easy as entry via the ANPR camera.
The whole process was good value, straight forward and felt my car was safe and secure.
I wouldn't hesitate parking at Liverpool Airpool in the future.”
“I would always pay the extra and park at long stay.Its so easy reads number plate to let you in/out.You drive around to other side of multi and park facing doors into bag check ,two minutes and in bag drop,brilliant.”
“I only took a star off because the parking could have been better sign posted. Once there an absolutely fantastic, easy to use service. (Meet and Greet). Just left my car and keys and when I returned, there it was waiting for me. A short walk from the departure building really convenient.”
“Our parking experience when we actually needed to park was great and hastle-free.
HOWEVER, on the previous day when we tried to recce where our car park was (we had to be at the airport at 4.30am, in the dark, so thought it wise to recce the day before to compensate for slower brains on the day), we ended up being forced into the parking areas, with no means of exit except to pay the minimum charge which was £6.00. No one around either!!!
This is because when you take the main roundabout towards the parking areas, you are forced to drive into the parking areas -- there is no signage to tell you this; the final roundabout at the parking areas has been blocked to prevent cars from going round it. This is sneaky and money grabbing.”

“Brilliant very easy just pulled up the barrier recognised reg number and we parked on the 2nd floor outside the doors to the lifts. On exit straight forward barrier opened and off we went. Absolutely perfect service.”
