“Everything worked and the price was good. The only reason I haven't given it 4 stars is that we had to drive around for ages before we found a space - and we were even beginning to doubt that there would be any spaces. We found one after 10-15 minutes. But when we returned to pick up the car we saw there were now many spaces, so we were probably just unlucky that we entered the car park at such a busy time.”

The ticket/plate recognition machines all worked faultlessly.
The flight back was delayed by some hours-and allowance was automatically given.
The booking process was very logical and well organised.

“Not signposted clearly enough. Not a soul around to ask for help. I don't know why it's called meet and greet as nobody met or greeted me. In Manchester they point out where to park , help you with your cases, are happy and jolly, support you through the key process which gives a great start to the holiday. Liverpool was awful. I won't be using this service again. As a single woman at 4am I wanted a friendly face and to feel safe. Instead I was in a building alone. Diabolical.”
“Very handy car park in terms of proximity to the airport. It was very handy whilst travelling with our 10 month old and made the travel to and from the airport pretty stress free. The car park felt secure despite being open and I had no concerns with leaving my car there.”
“Only complaint is the lack of signposts giving directions to Meet & Greet, otherwise good service once found. Because of this I inadvertanly drove in to long stay car park thinking meet & greet was part of this, and as a consequence cost me £12 to get out of the car park.”
