“Paid to park in multi storey but drove into long stay, couldn’t find entrance to multi storey. Had to leave car in long stay. I emailed JLA who said it would be ok and explain at exit when we returned. All was fine and we drove through.
Maybe the signs on entry could be a little clearer.
We would definitely use JLA again and recommend to family and friends”
“So easy and convenient. Entry to the long stay car park was smooth and easily found a parking space. Walk to the terminal was less than 5 mins… so much efficient than being miles away and having to wait for a shuttle bus.. loved being able to quickly and easily locate our car on our return and pass all the pick up and taxi queues.”
“Easy to use,just drive up to the barrier, follow the sign to park,register in the office, put a tag on keys, deposit in the letter box,keep your ticket for when you arrive back, scan your ticket it then tells you which door/box your key is in, used then meet and greet a couple of times now at Liverpool airport, safe parking while you are away never had any problems.”
“The car park itself is great - very convenient thanks - but when you book there really needs to be specific directions for the relevant car park. I missed the fast track sign and it was very stressful driving around the airport and going into the wrong places trying to find it.”
“Signage really poor paid for premium parking with fast track ended up in short stay for approx 1 minute paid £6 to get out went into long stay didn’t recognise my reg as per booking. On leaving had to pay £103 to get out as still didn’t recognise my reg. Emailed in about this heard nothing back”
“It was a really easy to use process but it isn't a meet and greet, it makes it a little misleading. It's more rapid priority parking which suited us perfectly. It took us a couple of minutes to check the car in and a matter of minutes to collect the car. Will definitely use this service again.”
