“Parking Very safe easy reach of terminal
3star reflects dreadful directions to family purple car par park
Resulted in me having to pay£10 pounds to exit short stay and find car park
Early flight many people with same problem”
“The ANPR worked well both on entry and exit saving time looking for the paperwork and QR code.
Whilst the weather was good for us, had it been raining we would have been wet as it is a few minutes walk. Could contemplate putting a few stops along the way, or a section covered. I suspect a few people may not remember where they parked so an innovative solution to enable you to record where you left it? Even as simplae as a keypad at the walking exit where you can record the row and bay that can then be emailed may be a solution?”
“Parking space is quite easy to find even in a busy car park at Liverpool Airport. The car parks are well maintained and I felt my car was secure while I was away for a week. It was literally a three minute walk to the airport which was very useful as I had my elderly mother with me, I will definitely book again next time I make a trip to Liverpool Airport.”
“Very professional in the way the personnel guided you through the process of checking in to getting on your flight. Staff have dialogue and banter with travellers
I just hope it carries on this, way as the airport expansion unfolds over the next few years and doesn't become another Manchester headache.
I much prefer to use Liverpool”
“The barrier would not let me out when trying to leave however they were very helpful with this. Spaces are very close together leading to a small scratch on my car.”
“Used the fast track parking and will definitely use again. Right next to terminal with its own entrance (although this was locked when we returned at 12:20 am. But still easy to get to from main exit.”
“Drove on, registration was recognised- no issues. Same when leaving.
Spaces are a tad small for bigger vehicles, so an end space would be recommended.”
“Appalling my son asked where the disabled parking was there was no disabled parking and it wasn’t four minutes away. It was 15 minute 20 minute walk for me. This is out of order the level of incompetence.”
“Pretty easy to find, though the postcode initially guided me to meet and greet, so turned around and my passenger put "Speke Hall Avenue" in to Google which put me right :-)
Illuminated signage indicated where spaces were available and the car park is a short walk to the terminal.”
