“Very easy to book. Automatic barriers worked perfectly. Right next to the terminal so great location. Great price too. Probably saved about £100 on what I would have paid in the regular short term car park. Bonus of a fast pass for security was a nice extra. There were only 2 spaces left to park in so I wonder what would happen if other people’s flights were delayed and there were no spaces left because there doesn’t appear to be any staff around to ask.”
“Car parking was ok but on leaving I followed the arrows on the road and came face to face with some bollards! Had to reverse until I could turn round.”
“Not Meet & Greet. Shouldn’t be advertised as such. No one to meet or greet you, you do it all yourself. I might as well have paid less and gone in the cheaper car park. It’s still a five minute walk from the terminal but costs more, and there’s the faff of sorting your keys out. Other car parks you just drop car off and go to terminal. More signs are needed on approach as not stated as Meet & Greet and not easy to find. Paid £5 going through other car park trying to find it.”
“Barrier was raised on arrival so did not acknowledge my entrance on Friday 19th July. On departure Tuesday 23rd, I had to contact customer service at the exit barrier and the matter was quickly resolved albeit with a slight delay.”
“Despite booking well in advance was still told to pay an extra £105 upon exit. Had to explain to the man in a box that we had paid already before being let out.
Our car battery had also run down whilst we were away (not the car parks fault!) but there was no help desk or information point to get help. Had to rely on the good nature of the black cab drivers to get out.”
