“Unhappy. Parked in disabled spot. Needed to take badge etc as going to a funeral & needed parking. Arrived back to a Privacy Notice saying that you felt the car was parked illegally. Emailed to say that we are disabled badge holders. No response to date. Over a week now.”
“On line booking was simple and there were no extra fees for minor booking changes. The car parking was easy to find and there were ample spaces to park.
However finding our way to the exit barrier from car park area 3 on our return was difficult as we arrived back at night time and navigating from the car park in the dark was difficult as the exit signage was very sparse difficult to see and the road markings weren't visible.”

“Very difficult to find for the first time; its advertised on the Airport website but on approach to the airport there's no directions on an any sign indicating 'Meet & Greet', very different and much clearer at Manchester airport, on arrival and parking up there's no staff advising you where to go for key drop off.”
“I arrived home to find my car had been damaged. Initial emails were ignored, I then received a response stating blatant lies about the time the car was moved. It’s costing me £200 to repair your damage. Images should be taken on exit the same way they are on entering.”

Clear directions, plenty of parking spaces & reasonably priced. The pleasing thing was our flight was delayed 30 minutes so our time ran over slightly & no extra charge. I will definitely use again.”
“It is the third time i've used this service in the last 18 months. Easy to book and use with the number plate recognition. Good value for money compared to 2x 30 minute taxi services.
The only thing i would mention is that there could be improved signage for general direction and exiting the carpark, especially after dark. I've attached where i have parked each time for reference. Other than that, very happy.”
