“I used Meet & Greet at Liverpool Airport for the first time. A staff member assisted us with book in which was very straightforward. On arrival it was easy to retrieve our key & car was parked nearby for collection.”

“Easy to book, reasonably priced, and very close to the airport. However, the post code given didn’t take me to the carpark. Would have been better off being instructed to follow the signs for fast track parking.”
“I recently travelled to Sweden and during my 2 week stay needed to change my booking by adding a further 3 weeks to it. It was not possible to do this online via 'Holiday Bookings', an external company I always use. So, I phoned up and the most helpful person ever was able to take payment and ensure that my car could remain in situ (Long stay outdoor car park at Liverpool John Lennon). He advised me to explain exiting and to keep a record of the two booking ref numbers. Went without a hitch. Very happy.”
“No sign posts at all when you arrive at the airport for drop off parking. All other parking clearly marked. We had to pay £5 as drive in to short stay. No where to pull up (double red) to try to navigate.
Made the drop off stressful. Once found all very easy and would recommend. Easy to pick up.”
“Booked online which was straight forward, plenty of parking bay's available and short walk to departures, only negative was that my flight back was delayed by 24hrs and I couldn't extend the parking online, there's a charge of £15 for every 24hr period beyond Booked departure time, there's a machine to pay for the additional parking on exiting the building which was easy to use but it would of been helpful to be able to edit the parking period online.
