“Not sure if your camera was unable to read my number plate on the way in so had to press the call button which was answered straight away and the lady sent me a ticket for my exit and raised the barrier for me however in the way out did not need the ticket as the barrier raised automatically so win win and very good experience thank you so much l will be back.”
“Paid £20 for fast track security in airport. Made no difference at all had to go to the back of queue of people who hadn’t paid & wait. Had a lovely holiday & then had trouble getting off car park had to speak to a rude guy on the tannoy system to get out & avoid paying another £118.
Parking was a stress as the car park was very full & the sat nav sent me in the wrong entrance which cost me £5 to get out.”
“Would it be possible to put clearer signage on where you have left your car in the long stay car park such as a painted location on each floor space or even a qr code on a small post on the kerb near where you are located for reference? That would help a great deal. Thanks”
“We arrived at the airport on time. Signage was very good. We found a spot we were happy with. It was a cool morning, only a couple of minutes walk to the terminal. We will definitely use the on site parking again for our next holiday.”
“Located right outside the terminal, the airport parking is in an excellent location and no annoying bus journeys! Spaces are quite tight and several idiots had parked on the pedestrian pathways rather than actual spaces which was inconvenient when trying to maneuver with your cases. We've never used Liverpool Airport before so clearer signage to all the areas of Long Stay would have been helpful (it's actually a massive carpark) and exits (it's not always clear where the floor arrows etc are sending you plus no entries/one ways). Would definitely use again and much better than Manchester!”
“Super easy, just drove up to the barrier and it automatically opened after reading the number plate and the same on the way out. Only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is that it took a little while to find a space, but there are plenty if you drive far enough.”
“Simple process of booking and no issues upon entering and exiting the car park. However in the multi-storey I found the car parking spaces small with how many pillars there are and would not have been able to get my baby out of the car seat. I had to drive to the top floor which is open to the elements.”
“Terrible lounge with awful staff. Customer service is non existent. Never again will I use this lounge. I have used Aspire for many years and never in my life have I ever been spoken to in the way I was spoken to in here. To be threatened then gas lighted is a whole new low and then when I complained to head office they also accused us of lying until a Mystery Shopper reported what had happened! Shame on you Aspire!”
“I had prebooked my space and am a blue badge holder. Upon arriving there was no spaces left and ground works taking place where blu badgeholder spaces were. We had to park at the furthest point away from the terminal. I will never use Liverpool airport again, parking is apalling given the prices you charge and clearly no provision for people with disabilities.”
“Followed instructions to the letter. Bar wouldn’t recognise reg number. A very rude woman told me to check my booking and go to the long stay. On returning I had to pay £15 to get out even though the booking covered the time I was parked.”
“Having pre-booked long-stay parking online via the airport's website, it was an amazingly stress-free process to enter the car park and, fortunately for us, to find a space close to the Terminal where the car was secure for the period we were away. On our return, leaving the car park was also easy, with the number plate being recognised by the system and the barrier rising successfully.”
