“We arrived at lunch time 25/5. Six people in 2 vehicles. 3 people were disabled and one who couldn’t walk far.
There were no disabled parking spaces available as most of them appeared to be dug up and fenced off, although no work was ongoing.
We couldn’t find any dedicated place to drop off disabled, so had to Leave the disabled people sat in a wheelchair and on a bench we found at the side of the road while the 2 drivers spent some time looking for a space, we eventually found 2 which were a long walk away.
The signage in the car park was terrible, it took a long time to locate the cars on return, once again leaving the disabled people on the side of the road in the middle of the night for too long. Again it was difficult loading wheelchairs etc. with no space to do so.”

“Booking online was really easy and also at a reasonable rate. Entry and exit on both occasions was smooth and no issues. Only issue was the time spent trying to locate a space on the day as it was really busy. Fortunately I had given myself additional time. One other suggestion would be to add more direction signs for the exit could be better. Perhaps as a suggestion that bookings could be via specific mapped areas of the car park to reduce time spent looking across the large site.”
“My whole experience of Liverpool Airport was excellent from the moment i arrived at Meet and Greet car park, all the staff at the car park,airport and staff on board i could not fault anyone i will certainly fly from John Lennon airpoty again”
“This was the first time I had been to Liverpool airport, and I was so impressed. From getting to check in through security and into the duty free, it was seamless. I will definitely bre flying from there again.”
“We used the meet and greet car park which was good when you found it !!
There was inadequate signage on approaching the airport. Having missed the makeshift signs attached to a fence we had to go through the main car park and be directed by a car park assistant because once committed you couldn’t turn around before entry .
For anyone who hasn’t used this car park before I think the route to it is not as you would imagine it to be for a premium car park.”
“Barrier did not recognise my car registration. Operator gave me a ticket from the machine to help as I was becoming delayed for my flight. Barrier did not recognise my registration on return to car. Used help button to exit barrier.”
“Everything is okbut the price. I was worried about lack of parking spaces as the car park is much smaller now and I was right. I found one at the far end of the parking and only few left.”
“We used the Meet and Greet car park. It is neither unfortunately! No one met us or greeted us! It is entirely self service parking and no handier than parking in the multi storey across from the terminal (which is actually closer). When in a rush it is a bit of a hassle having to key in a code yourself and drop your own keys. If it was described properly I wouldn’t feel so cheated! At least the signposting has been sorted out for this car park.”
“Great website, easy to book, procedure instructions excellent. Used multi-storey - easy entry and exit (NPR). Very short walk to terminal. Just make a good note of where you parked for finding your car easily when you return!”
“Received a text to say you had overbooked spaces and the park I'd payed for may not have a space, and to search alternative parks so had to set off earlier in case parking may take longer to find. not a very good feeling to start holiday”
