“Used Meet and Greet a week ago. Seamless experience both outgoing and return. Have used previously and would not use taxi or other parking options in future. You drop and pick up your car about 150 metres from the terminal door!”
“My first time using Liverpool Airport. I used the Meet and Greet service. Couldn’t have been easier. Just park up. next to Terminal building. Automated key drop. ( staff around if needed) key pick up, simply scan barcode provided.”
“Although the proximity to the airport is fantastic, on returning to our vehicle we found that the drivers door had a dent of approx. 8cm caused by another cars door. The distance between cars is too small.”
“We were prebooked in long stay carpark just a few minutes from terminal and it was excellent.
Could improve with better clear directions because we were not sure we were in right place.
Also we wondered how you could be sure of a place as carpark was available to people who had not prebooked?”
“We arrived at Liverpool Airport at 4am and we found it was very busy with parking spaces hard to find, but we did find quite a few in the other carpark so was happy yo find one! Also very secure parking will use again!”
“I used the meet and greet car park and was happy with the service. The only quibble was that there seemed to be only one sign attached to a fence indicating the location of the meet and greet car park which I did not see as I was concentrating on the road and consequently drove into the long stay car park and had to ask for directions and to be released from the long stay car park!”
“Booked the meet and greet as this was first time using LJL, my wife is disabled so this was the nearest I could get to the main building. Drive in was no problem , checking keys is was a bit of am faff as I had not been given a QR code in confirmation emails. Once deposited it was a short walk but a trek for my wife , possible wheelchairs could be available but would still have to get cases into checkin.”
