“Received a text to say you had overbooked spaces and the park I'd payed for may not have a space, and to search alternative parks so had to set off earlier in case parking may take longer to find. not a very good feeling to start holiday”
“Dates 20th May 7 nights. Easy booking process, good directions to car park. Easy access and plenty of spaces to choose from. 3 minute walk to terminal and upon leaving clear directions to exit and no problems. Would definitely use again.”
“Parking felt very safe and was easy to use once we found where we were going. The signage for our relevant car park was hard to find, but putting in the exact car park name got us there eventually. Convenient to the airport. Would definitely use again and know where the car park is now would make it a 5 star experience next time.”
“I used the Meet and Greet. The signage towards the site is terrible, so unless you've been there before you end up in the main short stay car park by mistake, and pay £5 for the pleasure. Knowing that it's next to the fast track parking helps. People going to airports are usually stressed for some reason and clear signage is a basic requirement.
Next - it's called meet and greet but, of course, its nothing of the sort. It's completely automated, but badly at that too. Upon arrival you have to provide lots of details on a computer, most of which the systsme already has since you already provided them. This means rooting around for flight details, reference numbers and so on. Again, when in a hurry and stressed this is unecessary and annoying.
The only good news is that it's close to the terminal - but uncovered, so if windy (always) or rainy (often) it's not much fun.”
“Easy to compare on-site parking options, easy to book, literally across the road from the airport terminal, clean and modern car park. Number plate recognition cameras so the barriers open automatically on the way in and out, no tickets or money needed on the day. Expensive at about £100 for 7 days, which is a difficult price to justify, particularly when the parking spaces are too small for modern cars, making it difficult to get children and luggage out of the back seat.”
“We chose to park at the airport instead of using transport we only live 15 mins away but wanted the comfort of our own vehicle 🚗 especially when arriving back home so much easier than waiting round to be picked up car park was quick and easy to use and there was pently of spaces great 👍”
