“Booked M&G at JLA for 1st time & found it a breeze to park up drop off the key & a 5 minute walk to the departure entrance. On return just t as easy scanned the Q code on the Receipt, got key and a map to where car was parked, a few yards away. Great experience”
“We chose meet and greet, signage is very poor, we struggled to find it, however once we did staff were extremely friendly and talked us through what to do when we return. We returned around midnight, in the pouring rain, no signage in the airport, we knew roughly where to go as we had obviously parked there - we ended up walking on the road to the find the cabin as we could not see it from the airport - the lesson is to pay much more attention as to where it is when you park - but at that point you are more excited about going on holiday!! You really do need to improve the signage, there was no-one in the airport to ask due to it being midnight - altogether not the best experience.”
“First time parking at Liverpool airport on arrival everything went smoothly. On our return early hours of the morning got to the barrier expecting it to rise and let my car through, this didn't happen reversed the car and tried again same thing. Had to buzz to get someone to manually let us through.
Apart from this little hiccup everything went well.”
“Very easy to get from A toB in the airport port .The only thing I would say was the food outlet at terminal 17 I think it was called the kitchen it's always sold out of food and the cutlery is always being washed I will not use this food outlet again.”
“We arrived half an hour late from our flight as it was delayed, and therefore were charged an additional £30 upon exit. The parking itself is reasonably easy to navigate and close enough to the airport that it was a simple stroll in. I would use again however I would ensure to have at least a couple hours leeway prepaid to ensure I do not concur additional charges, whether the timings are my fault or the airlines.”
