“This was the first time I'd used Liverpool Airport Automated Meet & Greet. I found it a bit complicated but there was a person on hand to help and particularly correct a booking error I'd made. Coming back was also difficult. The map did not show clearly where my car was and, in the dark, I had to search about 4 rows before I found it.”
“I pre-paid but the system did not recognise my vehicle.
Contacted security who let me in: however on departure the system wanted to fleece me out of £484 because my reg plate was not recognised on entering.
Contacted the security again with my booking number and they let me out once they had confirmed I had pre-paid.

“We chose the Fast Trackcar parking as this is directly next to the terminal building which was excellent as I had my elderly father with me.
If he hadn't have brought his disabled badge there were no normal parking spaces available.
It should be more closely monitored when people are booking Fast Track otherwise it was excellent.”
“Easy to book. Easy to park, although the spaces are narrow for a Range Rover. No problem exiting. Great location approx 2 minutes from arrivals / departure.
Price in comparison to other parking areas is reasonable. Definitely use again. A++++”
“Good parking facilites, would be handy to have some kind of system of identifying where the free spaces are rather than going up and down the lanes trying to find one (pressure sensors etc.)”
“Parked at the airport for a week in July with no problems. Easy to book and plenty of spaces.
Only reason for not giving 5 stars is that the spaces are a little narrow for larger cars.”
“Getting into Meet and Greet was relatively easy however picking up the car on return was less than ideal. I retrieved my key from the locker OK, however the key showed the storage location in Area 'F' which was on the far side of the airport carpark. After 20 mins of searching I found my car next to the locker station! It was nowhere near Area F.”
“I paid for 3 days whilst away, unfortunately our passports were stolen so we had to extend until sorted. I couldn’t get hold of anyone that could help for the car park. So I waited until the time ran out for the previous slot I booked and booked again for a further 2 days. However, I manage to find us earlier flights which meant we arrived early, and as soon as I went to leave it then charged me a further price to get out, there wasn’t anything I could do as there were cars waiting behind me to leave”
“Cost seemed higher than elsewhere used the multi storey option and the spaces were quite tight but the overall system worked well with no issues and it great how close to the airport terminal it was.”
“The car park was good but the signage and directions in the confirmation email are hopeless. Both we and another car we were travelling with went into the wrong car park and had to contact assistance.”
“Plenty of spaces in long-stay, but it's a difficult walk with cases from the far-end. It can also be difficult to find your car upon return, since there are no signed, demarcated areas.
Accessing and leaving the long-stay car park is straightforward.”
